McDonald’s. Mickey D’s. The Good Ole golden arches. Everyone knows and loves McDonald’s, the fries, the nugs, a nice lil cone, I’m a personal fan of the smoothies yum yum yum. But what is often disputed about the fast food icon is the customer service. Sometimes I experience terrible terrible things at McDonald’s. One time I can recall a manager yelling at a worker for not cleaning tables properly whilst I was devouring a crispy chicken sandwich meal(my personal favorite). That in the moment was nearly traumatizing for a guy like me. Other times I experience 10/10 service making me feel like a special boy. Today was an anomaly. I go to pick up nuggets for my hot smoke show of a girlfriend and i find myself in a long line of folks looking to satisfy the craving of salt fries. The bad service starts at the ordering station in the drive thru. I was greeted with a voice that gives off the feeling of pain, sadness, and hatred. I finish my order and I get a: ” pull up to the window” in such previous tone which almost made me want to end it all right there in the moment. Why am I here? To experience bad service? Ok look, you’ve been to McDonald’s, you’ve spent 5 minutes looking at a menu that you know by heart and you still rush to order at the last second when they ask “how may I help you?” So here’s the deal. Worry not, you have found the diamond in the fries. This is, hands down, the most “picture perfect” delicious (look it’s MacDonald’s temper your expectations a bit) hot and fresh MacDonald’s in the land. My burger, LOOKED like the menu picture. The fries …stacked high as if hand placed by a marketing major building their food glamor shot portfolio and all of it hot and tasty just like you remember when you were a kid (yes, that’s the 80s for some of us…I won’t do the math here). The staff were great, and the service a cut above what you might expect, but secretly hope for! All in all this is now THE gold standard in terms of Micky D’s for me. The bar has been raised, and I for one salute all of you who were a part of resetting my hopes for what a fast food run could be!

After waiting 30+ minutes for my small mobile order they cancelled the order. Every time I decide to stop there and use mobile order it takes a good 15-20 minutes Even when it’s not busy at all. And my food usually isn’t very hot like it had been sitting for a while. Not worth my time anymore to stop there anymore!

Very clean and nice interior. Was nice to finally dine in at a McDonald’s. Everything was good except my wife’s crispy chicken sandwich. Old filet and terribly small tomatoes. They were quick to fix with a sandwich that was hot fresh and fantastic

I don’t like mustard or ketchup, but do like their double cheese burger and always order it with cheese ONLY. Don’t ever leave the drive through without checking it! 9 times out of 10 it’s wrong with everything on it. Was in a hurry, hence drive thru, and didn’t check it. My bad. 2 miles away before opening, headed to appt, took a bite and sure enough, ketchup and mustard. Peeled everything off of it and whipped what I could away since I didn’t have time for anything else. Call manager to let them know because if they don’t know what’s broken, they can’t fix it right? Manger Angela was awesome. Offered to remake if I came in. Told her I couldn’t. She gave me a voucher for a free meal of anything I wanted and said she would certainly address the issue. She was very sweet about it.

I went to the drive-through and ordered. All my food was hot and accurate but they forgot one small item. I called the store and spoke to the assistant manager, Johnathan, who was more than helpful and accommodating. Took my experience from sub par to above and beyond what was expected. Way to go industrial park.

Drive through cashier prepping/filling condiment cups while taking dirty money from customers with no gloves or washing of the hands…was handed my drink cup and straw with pop dripping off the glass … straw wrapper was soaking wet.. opened my fish fillet sandwich box and it looked like they just tossed the ingredients at the box… big Mac was cold… at least the fries were hot…
