Went through the drive-thru bout 5 min ago. And not only is all of our food underfilled, they literally did not care whose orders was whose. I had my uncle’s burrito, my grandmother had mine and I had my uncle’s steak grilled cheese. Overall unsatisfactory.

Edit 9/2022: Another awful experience at this location. A few days ago, placed a pickup order in the taco bell app and paid in full. Upon arrival, I’m told that there’s a balance due. Turned out the app only deducted $1 instead of $3 for a reward I had for $3 off a purchase of $18. Instead of acknowledge the error in the app and fix the problem, I was scolded by the manager who is extremely rude to both her customers and employees. On my previous visit she was loudly berating an employee for calling in the previous day in front customers in the lobby. I had to argue with her to fix the problem and finally after about 20 minutes of being made to feel like this was my fault, I finally got my order for my family. This location’s atmosphere is purely toxic. I can’t stress enough how rude this manager is to both the staff and customers.

The Sun Prairie, WI. Taco Bell Restaurant is the worst ever! It truly is a gamble to visit that TB. The food is wrong or missing! Your food will be destroyed or cold. At times you will get mostly shell instead of filling in the shell. Whatever the problem is at that location, it is sure to take place. You are never going to have even the slightest satisfaction unless it is during a day shift. Will it be squished? YES! Will you have a pleasant experience? NO! My family’s experience has been more terrible than good. We order for about four to five people and get our food with the pizza on the bottom. it was just so smashed and the rest of the order was either wrong or missing something. The pizza was utterly destroyed. We could not even enjoy it. We called to explain what happened/ wrong and the rude manager didn’t even try to give us any type of customer service. She wouldn’t even hear us out. She just said, “what do you expect me to do?” Another time she said, “Your lying, I made that myself! I know it wasn’t messed up!” She also said, “This is how it is done here, get used to it!” We are never rude at all ever! But geez she is just awful! She should have just said she doesn’t care!!! That would have been nicer. She refuses to help in any possible way or make any corrections and doesn’t even offer a solution. We have been told multiple times that the evening management didn’t show up to work!!! Like what the heck??? How often does this happen? OFTEN! Well, this is all the time. We’ve had smashed food because they will only use one bag no matter how large the order and cold food, missing food (ALWAYS), and wrong food. We are never given any resolution or ever given the offer to refund or replace without a seriously rotten attitude and it’s always after 2 pm every single time!!! If we go before 2 pm, everything is great, but not any late afternoon or evening hours. We witnessed the female manager yelling at her customers in the store, she yells at delivery drivers and even her employees putting them down, just despicable!!! And no matter who is there watching, it will happen time and time again. How is this still taking place at this restaurant? We started this terrible service journey in 2020 and it hasn’t changed!!! We drive out of our way to go to any other TB locations which are not in Sun Prairie because it truly is that bad. It is so sad and frustrating. My husband will do anything for me except go to this restaurant for its guaranteed terrible food/service. Hopefully, someone will make a change!

I had to pick up an UberEats order from this location during a snowstorm. I went through the drive-thru because neither the parking lot nor sidewalks in front of the store entrance were shoveled. When I got to the drive-thru I was told that I need to come in the store to pick up the order. I trudged through 6 inches of snow to pick up the order inside. LuAnn was very rude when I suggested that if they were going to force drivers to pick up orders inside they should at least shovel the sidewalk. She huffed and said, “We just can’t keep up with the storm.” That’s fair—so let me pick up the order via the drive thru then. It’s a safety concern to carry large orders on a sidewalk that is neither shoveled nor salted. I slipped and strained a muscle in my side. As I was exiting, a kind employee named Janelle came from behind the counter and offer to start shoveling. Thank you Janelle. I hope you receive a promotion because you’re certainly a more sensible leader and worker than LuAnn.

Wish I had the option of putting ZERO stars, I almost never post reviews this is just ridiculous, the lobby was already closed at 9:15, it says 10 on the door. Somehow the door was not latched properly so I was able to walk in. I mentioned the door seemed jammed and politely offered advice as I build homes and remodel for a living. I was met with the most disrespect and just total rejection to my suggestions even though he didn’t know what wd-40 was. He said the door was locked, they couldn’t serve me unless I went through the drive through, I was already inside, there were other people eating at a table. So I asked what’s the difference if I order right there quick versus going back out, waiting in the drive through even though the lobby is supposed to be open till 10. So I got Culver’s instead. The only reason I even stopped was to help a family across the road to help a family push there vehicle that broke down on the exit ramp stoplights to O’Reilly auto parts (like half a mile) so thought I would get taco bell. I will not be back!

Fast service. But they burnt my Grilled cheese burrito. I can’t believe they were willing to serve me a burnt item. Could’ve made a new one. I wasn’t going to bring the item back becuase I was already at home.
