Stopped by to get 2 wing meal with mash potatoes. Worker took my order. 5 minutes passed by people are walking by and no orders are being made. All the Hispanic workers did other things. One black girl walked by and the worker that took my order asks her to make my meal. She then tells her I told the cook that all the wings were gone. So the worker then tells me and tells her manager wings are gone, it will take 20 minutes to cook. So I asked for a refund, she offered me grilled wings, I told her no. I wish someone had communicated to me before I ordered or checked to see how mich chicken was cooked. Poor customer service, they don’t act like a team. They sucked

How are you a manager at a restaurant and turn your head away to avoid handling customers. Me and my husband dined in and I only wanted to return my food bc the chicken was overly greasy/old/flavorless and I knew it would hurt my stomach. I wasn’t even upset until I seen the manager and another employee try and avoid making eye contact with me so they didn’t have to be the one to help. They didn’t even attempt to ask if everything was okay or at least call the girl over that took my order. His lack of leadership skills trickles down to the employees who emulate his behavior of avoidance.

The cashier working the drive thru Florentino, is very kind, patient and professional. This is the second time he rings up my order and was just as pleasant! Excellent customer service despite staffing issues! The fries were a little greasy but overall the food is good.

Lazy people who can’t finish their shift and yell profanities from the window when your hours show to be open until 10:30. It’s was 9:45 when I tried to order and was told closed.Trash location. Lazy staff. Horrible. Had a full staff inside. Customer service is nonexistent. You deserve your 10$ hour paycheck

Got here at 9pm sign says lobby closes at 10pm they saw me and my family drive up and automatically locked the doors! Ridiculous! When we went through the drive Thur they didn’t even give us our food. My husband had to knock on door for 10mins for them to give us our food.

Went today for lunch. I was on my lunch break from work. Arrived at 12:30. Long line in drive thru. Spent $19.45. Got my food and was told they didn’t have any cocktail sauce after I just ordered all this shrimp. The main reason I came was for the shrimp. First day of the seafood promotion and no cocktail sauce? They offered ketchup. Had to ask for my drink. Got to the parking lot. Got the wrong dressing for my salad. No plastic ware to eat with. No straw for my drink. No napkins. Food was hot and tasted great. Just need to improve on checking to go orders and make sure everything is correct and in the bag.

Poor service. This my second time they messed up my order. I told them no seasoning on the wings. Was told to wait 10 minutes. Was at the door watching them not doing anything while I waited over 20 mins. Went up to the door told them I need my money back now they wanted to bring the wings. Decided to take my money.
