Bladed Wolf
We waited to get our food after already ordering ahead of time online. Yet they got the order wrong. No bacon on a burger that was supposed to have bacon. No big deal until pressing the button and waiting with it on for FIVE minutes before someone actually responded to it. Then during me saying what we needed fixed there’s this long drawn out pause for a full minute before the guy remembers he’s on intercom supposed to be helping. Not coming here again. Even the sonic off the highway does a better job. This place isnt even busy!!

Last time we get anything here. Just a string of issues from previous visits. Today we waited for several minutes after hitting the Red Button before anyone even took our order. People pulled into the stall next to us and were answered before we were.

Sonic is ok. A little overpriced but no more so than any of the big chain slop barns I remember getting 5 hamburgers for a dollar at Micky D’s and now it’s more than filet mignon dinner at the Byrd’s nest or topeka steak house when they were going strong and it’s usually cold or nasty and not healthy at all as most fast food places are. They should all be boycotted and run out of business I’d gladly pay the price for mom and pop shops that serve good food

Arrived at 6:45-7pm., the place didn’t look very busy. After pressing for service and seeing the indication on the screen that someone would soon be with us, we waited approximately 10 minutes without any service. Left before ordering. It’s a nice looking restaurant, hopefully management will get the problem resolved.

20 minute wait for 4 blasts which were the wrong size, about 3/4 full, and 2 of the 4 were wrong. Pretty pathetic for $28 worth of ice cream. This place has really gone downhill from the way it used to be.

I don’t think they look at the order tickets at this location. Time after time, I order a drink in the app, with lite ice. Time after time it comes out and the cup is completely full of ice! So, instead of lite ice, the do extra ice. The ticket attached to the bag clearly says lite ice. First world problems, I know. But if you aren’t reading tickets for orders and something g as small as amount of ice, how many other orders are incorrect?
