Simply loved this place. Right when we got there was seated right away. They had a QR code on the table for the menu. Explained this was our 1st sushi experience they offered a full photo menu. Food was delightful and was fast. Would highly recommend this place.

I think the chefs are amazing. It’s not easy making sushi to perfection. Not to mention the presentation. You guys are awesome! THANK YOU. The waitress and hostess could have been having a day but the reviews made me think otherwise. This place is really a gem. I recommend sitting at the sushi bar area. And dont complain about how long it takes. They are preparing it RIGHT for YOU!

This is my favorite sushi in Lancaster! So delicious! My buddy and I were the only one’s in there for dinner so they were very nice. Super Miso roll and Rainbow roll were excellent!

The spicy chicken plate and soju cocktails were really good! The servers were nice and friendly and willing to help. They recommended the peach soju cocktail with cucumber and it was the best soju cocktail I’ve had.

We recently went into Miso, it’s our usual place for sushi, but this time the service was odd, the food was great, fantastic like always, but the waitress(that I have never seen before) this is where it gets odd she kept telling my boyfriend sure love can I get you anything else love, yes I know it’s like calling someone sweetie or honey and it did not bother me, however I was not given the same niceties, but I kept telling her thank you anyways, well when the bill came I placed my debit card in the bill holder and gave it to her and my boyfriend decided he wanted to pay, so he went up front and told the waitress, here use this card she turned to him and said how nice you are paying for your Mom, instantly he corrected her and said no that’s my lady and you just insulted her to my face he was shocked and came back shaking his head, he told me what happened when we got home. I asked why he didn’t mention this while we were there and he said I know you and I know what she was trying to do, Yes, he does know me, I would have absolutely did my best impersonation of a Karen, funny thing is part of her income comes from tips and to be so blatantly rude and insulting to people who just wanted some sushi is disgusting, so Miso I hope you know what type of people you have working there,(waitress with the short curly hair above the shoulders, thin as a board top to bottom with the dark circles underneath her eyes)we will never be back.

Yummy, I love me so sushi. I can’t tell you how much. I appreciate a place to go where my daughter enjoys the food.

This place used to be really good. The last two time that I’ve ordered there, the Firecracker roll tasted fishy. Last week, there wasn’t enough wasabi in the order and they forgot soy sauce. I’ll make the extra drive to Kaze next time.

Miso Sushi was once the top shop in Lancaster, however those days are long past. This was my second visit where there was only a single chef serving during prime lunch hours. Where one sushi shop less than a mile away had a 45 min wait, you could sit right down at Miso. The food was good and larger than is served in other places. Miso also offers all-you-can-eat pricing which is nice. But the service is frustratingly slow leaving you without much desire to return. The staff also at times seemed far more interested in their own entertainment than in providing a great customer experience. Management needs to take immediate steps to change the culture and experience or Miso will continue to lose ground to competitors.

Food was great, great presentation. Took forever to get service but it seemed very understaffed so I don’t blame the chef or server.
