They are absolute morons here. Every. Single. Time- they mess up my order. My boyfriend just talked me into going here and giving them ANOTHER try, despite my wanting to go to the Center Street location a few miles away instead. We ordered, VIA THE APP, to avoid any mistakes. We got TWO BREAKFAST SANDWICHES. Both were ordered on everything bagels, with cheddar cheese, egg & sausage. They managed to get the egg & sausage right, but when we opened our order at home, both were on SESAME bagels. Both had gross AMERICAN CHEESE. And once again, I’m asking myself WHY I wasted time & money even taking a chance on these idiots. Because this is ALWAYS the result- not at Dunkin, but at THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. There’s a janky “sticker shop” selling bootleg weed right next door- is THAT the problem?? Are they all so high that they can’t manage a simple breakfast sandwich order? Or are they just all that stupid & incompetent? I’ll never know- but now my bf understands, WE DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION. Because I DON’T WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY ON ANOTHER ONE OF THIS LOCATION’S “MYSTERY BAGS” OF FOOD. Even with a sticker RIGHT ON THE BAG SHOWING THE CORRECT ORDER, these clowns apparently aren’t capable of reading an order ticket & correctly assembling a 4 ingredient sandwich. Bravo.

Bad customer service. ALWAYS check your order before you leave, there’s ALWAYS something missing. I usually check before I leave, this time I forgot and had to came back for only sandwich. After waiting for a while a lady came listened and leave, no apology, then other came after few minutes, again had to tell her the whole story ,no apology, nothing, very RUDE. I won’t come to this location ever again. Wish I could give them NEGAITIVE 5 star.

The service inside the restaurant is slow, the attendants are always busy with drive-thru customers. The coffee and donuts are standard for Dunkin Donuts which I happen to like. The food and the hot and cold be beverages are the same in every Dunkin Donut restaurant. If you eat in, expect to wait in the line.

Three separate attempts to get a Large Midnight coffee with cream and sugar. Three cups of hot water with cream and sugar. Three strikes you are out. I’m tired of paying for hot water and not the coffee I ordered. Other Dunkin locations provide coffee I am not sure what is wrong with this one.
