Place was not busy! Was ignored at the service counter. The cashier didn’t greet the first guest in front of me, instead she said” for here or Togo” , didn’t apologize for his wait or lack of acknowledgement. I felt discriminated because I was trans and she took care of the man in front of me and walked off and to not return. I finally went and got an employee on break and asked for the manager. The manager didn’t seem to concerned and acted like all I wanted was something free. I wanted service, I wanted a frosty after getting two teeth pulled.

I have come three times and I have yet to be through in under 10 minutes and get my food correct. Last time I didn’t get my grilled chicken sandwich and this time it had no condiments and the receipt had no changes to the order, it was a regular sandwich. I wouldn’t hire anyone that has listed this location as their employment record. Simple tasks aren’t achievable, lack of urgency or care, inconsistency is the expectation. I would look at their labor to see if they should be cutting those variable costs and look into waste to see if they’re just there to eat.

I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by a man named Michael. From then he proceeded to consul about the passing of my entire family who were recently killed in a car crash. After he wiped the tears from my face and changed my diaper he then offer me a 1% discount on my meal. I ordered 20 Ethiopia children. He had my order immediately put in a to go box and then out of the goodness in his heart gave me a maple syrup foot massage under the table.

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. Sandwich had blond hair in it (pictured). Customer servace was DREADFUL. Filthy kitchen with staff more focused on flirting and chastising customers then providing a fraction of an equivalent to the shard of meth that half of them seem to be smoking in the kitchen (except the fat “manager” she was high on a power trip not meth… clearly. Staff mocked me and didn’t provide any dignity or respect for the people who are over-paying for the disgusting food. I was charged over $20 for two sandwiches and two small chilies and they got 50% of the order wrong. When I came all the way back to the drive-through from my house after finding the hair in my food they refused to fix the incorrect order. Apparently the girl working there tonight is the “general manager” and she said her name is Tori… however she would not provide me with a receipt for the food so I’m fairly sure that she was lying. I took pictures she’s the fat one smirking and ignoring me at the drive-through.

I placed an order through there Wendys App. The App said to go through the Drive through and give my name.Waited in the long drive through line got to the speaker only to be told that all mobile orders need to be picked up inside. (Opposite of what there app said) so 24 min down on my lunch break I parked and ran inside. They at first could not find my order, then somehow it showed up. Anyway 36 min in, I am late getting back to work trying to eat in my car as fast as I can on the drive back. Could not even really say if the food was good or not. But why have an app if you are just going to make your customers jump through hoops just to use it.

Lobby was supposed to open at 7. Employees wouldnt unlock door or acknowledge that people were waiting. In delivery van that wouldnt fit in drive thru. Drove around the building and the employees were standing outside the back door bs-ing with one another… Glad you guys are hiring at up to 17.50 an hour to not open your doors…
