I placed an order through EZCater on 7/11 for delivery on 7/19 at 12:30. it was confirmed by the restaurant on 7/14. I called this morning to confirm there were no issues and to ensure it would be on time, and according to the “manager,” they were not going to make the order. she said it was because the restaurant is under new ownership and they weren’t taking any catering orders. now correct me if I’m wrong but as a new owner wouldn’t you want as much business as possible? so needless to say the meeting for 50 people was not a success. will not order from Popeyes again if this is how the new management decides to conduct business. if I could give 0 stars I would

When getting drive-thru, you might want to make sure to check all the items they put in a take-out bag even in your rush. Even if an employee (esp. Jasmine) makes a mistake and you have to go back to get right items you ordered, you’d better not expect any apologies nor corrective actions because she will argue with you that she got it right EVEN AFTER you show her the proof of your order.

I dont know what her name is, or whether she is the manager or not, but TERRIBLE customer service. Came here a couple of months ago and she was working, asked for a sauce that was supposed to come with the order and she reacted very rudely. Came again today through the drive through, we had a mobile order for one drink, and she was upset we hadnt told her before the window so she made us park and wait 10+ minutes. She gave attitude and made a remark that there was going to be a long line all cuz of me (there was only one car behind me…).

This location just seems to always have struggles, and must be understaffed (but the staff is usually friendly at least). Tried going in at lunchtime and all doors were locked without any postings, went through the drive-thru another day and waited 17 minutes for my nuggets after ordering (without any warning before paying), took the kids another time and they were out of Applesauce and apple juice for the kid’s meals. Tables are usually dirty, too.
