We ordered 2x chicken sandwhiches and and fries with extra seasoning during the evening around 7:30pm and the fries we got are soft, old, cold, burnt fries, bland with no seasoning let alone extra seasoning, it was horrible. It tasted like they just took all the left over fries and handed it to us. Very disappointing because when we ordered during the day the fries was crunchy and warm and had a decent amount of seasoning the chicken burgers was good. Stay away during the evening because staff are probably too lazy to cook food properly. Pity! Now we know whats a good time to get fresh sandwhiches and fries.

First time eating at Wing Stop. Called order in and was given a pickup time. Easy parking, order was ready exactly at time they told me on phone. Good service and order was exactly as ordered. I tried the mix and match wings, 5 bone in and 5 boneless, fries and drink. Very pleased! Definitely will order from Wing Stop again.

Just ordered delivery from this location and everything was made wrong. Ordered 5 of the new Hot BBQ wings, got 5 plain. Ordered 20 Cajun wings, got maybe 5 Cajun and 15 plain. Ordered Buffalo Hot Sauce fries, got ZERO Buffalo Sauce or Ranch Dressing. Order was awful. No one is answering at the store. Waste of 40.00.

Order 46 wings from this location, and they delivered only fries and ranch…NO WINGS!! My husband went to request a refund and they told us we’d have to wait until they weren’t busy tomorrow and come to get a refund. Just Horrible service

I ordered the meal for two so we got half mild and half parmesan garlic. The bbq was good. The garlic parm was very bland and didn’t have any flavor at all. The vudu fries were seasoned with cheese sauce and ranch on top. They were a bit spicy. The quality of the wings were good. So if I return I think if I try a different sauce they will be better. Overall, they were much better than Roosters but not as good as BWW.

I originally loved Wingstop but my recent experience is far from great. We ordered food for the bengals game on 1/29/23 we placed an online order at 3pm for pick up at 6pm. When we got there there were about 50 people inside packed waiting on orders. Nobody’s order was ready including ours. We left and called to get a refund she told us we had to come back to the store for a refund so we did. When we get back they told us we could have just called. So I wasted my gas driving back there for no reason. She told us the manger would refund our money the next day an that it would be credited back to our account by Friday morning. It was not. So we called and the manager said he was refunding it now. It is now 2/7/23 at 11pm and still no refund. This is completely unacceptable. I have emailed corporate twice over my refund and all they send is a $5 coupon. I want my refund that I’m still waiting on. This is completely unacceptable from a company. We have received no food the night of the game and no refund. I will never visit this location again.

Ok. So I order a 20 piece. 6 garlic and 14 mild. The garlic was done right. Now for the rest of the order. The mild wings were literally the size of a nickel and hard as a rock like they had been sitting for a while. My corn I ordered with parm and Cajun arrived burned and no Cajun. Now when I called to let them know about the order, they simply said that there was nothing they could do to contact door dash. Now I would have let it go at this point, if the line lead wouldn’t have gotten on the phone and told me not to cuss at her employee. Now my 15 year old son was standing next to me at the time of the call. And he thought it was funny that they accused me of cussing at the employee. Since nothing like that was said. So irritated at the situation I told the “line lead” that I took pictures of the order, and would be posting on social media. And also leaveing a negative review. So here we are. Old wings not made to order like advertised. Burned corn not even seasoned correctly. And there should be no reason why 6 garlic wings are larger than 14 of the mild. Really disappointed in the way it was handled and the poor quality of food. Never ordering again. Sad because we would order once a week and are literally 5min down the street.

Extra crispy 10 piece original combo. New lil girls workin and some wing were crispy but less than half and they all tasted weird so I took time to smell each one and it’s clearly sprayed with perfume or something close, very strong taste and smell. Obviously didn’t finish this meal. 666

Last time we went in there the place was absolutely DISGUSTING! We thought since we could watch our food be made that’d it would be okay. They weren’t even taking walk in orders only online! Put up a sign next time! Well I try to do a Grub hub order and I can’t even click the kind of wings I want. So now I can’t get the points from ordering a $50 meal, I couldn’t use my promotion I had. Get it together Wing Stop! Oh ya, and they were late!!!!

My husband called around 7pm tonight to place a pick up order. I was driving from work to pick the wings up on my way home.. The message plays on the phone that someone will be with you shortly. He waited over 13 minutes for someone to answer the call. No one ever answered. So I stopped in to place our order. Only to be told by the cashier they are no longer taking walk in orders because they are running 30 minutes behind. That I need to order from the app. Are you kidding me? Corporate needs to change this. This is bad customer service! I insisted on my order being taken by the cashier since I am already here. The cashier is not nice and has a nasty attitude. I’m fine with sitting in the lobby to wait 45 minutes for the wings as the cashier said the wait will be. The music is deff inappropriate too.. Customers take your money elsewhere. The wings aren’t all that and the service sucks!! I won’t ever order from here again!
