My boyfriend ordered a pizza at 7:30pm and at 8:30pm still had yet to receive it. He called and they said they would send another within 30 minutes. Still no pizza at 9:07pm. We just got home from visiting family and have no food in the house. So now he’s ordering somewhere else. I would not recommend ordering from here.

Good place for good, quick pizza and friendly people. This is in a small shopping center. There is plenty of parking. The store is small with no place to eat since it is pickup orders only. You can order online or phone in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a screen at the counter that tells you where your order is in the queue. They often have deals on pizzas. Prices are very reasonable, food is good and the order was on time. Definitely recommend for good pizza in the area.

My office and I order from here regularly and its always a good experience. The food is HOT, fresh and so yummy. We always order mushrooms on our pizza and they are fresh cut mushroom, you can taste the quality of the veggie. The staff members are so friendly and always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Thank you guys for being an awesome part of our community! We will continue to eat here as long as you are open.

Recently just moved to the area and I ordered online and accidentally put in the wrong address, which is totally my bad, the driver went to the address and waited and eventually decided to go back to the store to remake our order fresh and we made sure she got the right address. The pizza and wings were delicious and super hot and fresh! I haven’t had Pizza Hut in forever the wait was worth it. They seriously care about their customers and the driver was so understanding and great ☺️

I ordered online. There was a space to fill out that asked for any additional instructions. I specified that I wanted plates, napkins, and the little packets of hot red peppers. When my pizza arrived, the pizza was actually delicious, but my special directions were not followed at all. This is not the first time that this has happened, it’s actually the third. Why do they have the space asking for special directions if they don’t want to follow them? I don’t plan on ordering from Pizza Hut again.

So disgusted. This long strand of hair was baked into my pizza slice! It’s light brown and straight and absolutely not any of ours as we all have black curly hair in this house. I ALWAYS buy pizza from here because it’s right down the street but lately they have me waiting forever (when I’m supposed to pick up..it seems like they’re just starting my order) and now this! Like, I’m so grossed out about how long this piece was…It was under all the toppings.. because I had to pull it from my mouth!!! *barf* absolutely disgusting. Wear hair covers when making people’s food!!!!! ughhh I’m done with them.

The breadsticks were very old and greasy and the sauce was cold.. it took 19 minutes from the time the driver left the store to reach my house even though I live less than a mile away. The pizza didn’t taste fresh.

Somehow my order got messed up during the process, I choose a special that included the 1 large 1 topping and 1 specialty and when I reviewed my order after completion it was only showing the 1 specialty. I called the store and they were not able to honor the same online special. She suggested canceling my order, my card would be credited and I should re-order. I had used a special code for a free desert and asked if that would still be usable, she was not sure. When I went in to replace my order it would not accept my special code so could not get the free desert.

Terrible customer service!! Ordered pizza online and confirmed. After waiting an hour for delivery my wife called store to find out where our pizza was. Our answer was they lost order?? Said they would remake and send right out. So another 45 minutes go by and pizza arrives and is not fully cooked and cold. Driver did apologize for delay as they were having service issues with new employees. My wife again call store and ask to speak to a manager but none available so spoke to lead crew member. Was told he would personally make and send right out. It did arrive about 35 minutes later and was O.K. but by this time 2 1/2 hours later was not in the mood to eat. Please be aware of the poor service and food quality of this store!!
