Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order curbside for the order to be completed without receiving the food. I went through the drive threw to explain my situation and had my food fairly quickly afterwards…too quickly. I didn’t notice it wasn’t cooked until about half way through. So let’s start with, “This is a McDonald’s.” I’m not looking for a Gordon Ramsay level restaurant. Not only is the most convenient McDonald’s in Havelock, it’s also the best of the 3. I get the same thing everytime, a Spicy McChicken and a McDouble (take the bun of 1 each and put them together for a wonderful combination of chicken and meat just the right size for a bite). And I get this on reward days, when I feel really accomplished about my day’s work. Only once have I been disappointed in the 2 years time, and that was bc they needed to replace the pop syrup.

I come to this McDonald for the convince but the lack of attentiveness drives me away. I always order curbside and receive a missing item or unsatisfactory food. Whenever this occurs, I have to go into the restaurant to get a new item. Today, I got a Big Mac meal and the bread was stale and crummy. I never complain but this is unacceptable. The staff is kind but never apologize for the mistakes which makes me believe they don’t hold up standards for customer service.

This McDonald’s always has people pulled over waiting on their food. The staff mostly teens have no urgency or customer service skills. Who hands someone a drink that has some spilled on the lid. Which in turn spills on you. Then I had to ask for napkins as the young man watched the drink spill. Smh

LOOK AT YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT HERE!! This is SO convenient for us since we live on base but this location is so inconsistent. This is my 2nd time having issues with my order. The first time was about a month ago, my burger had mold on the bread that I didn’t see until I was halfway through eating it because it was on the bottom. I called the location and the manager replaced the meal. Which ok thanks, but how many other people ate moldy bread on their burgers during that lunch rush and didn’t notice? Gross. Because of that experience, I only do chicken nuggets from there. NOT ANYMORE. Once I got home tonight, I was eating during a movie and noticed a few nuggets were pretty crispy and dehydrated almost, ew ok so I get another one and it’s soggy. WTH. So I turn on my light to see what’s going on. Well, the picture shows you the rest. Some are burnt to Hell and others are squishy, oozing white stuff. Yuuuuuuck doesn’t begin to describe it.

Came in with my kids, definitely won’t make that mistake again. Every other word the workers say is a cuss word! My kids kept asking why are they saying bars words. Definitely not a family friendly environment inside the store. The GM really needs to go have a talk with them about it.
