We’ve been brewing up delicious coffee, espresso blenders, smoothies and pastries since 1998. Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. The owner, Andy or Adam, has a few locations around the Metro and they are the worst ones. They don’t treat their staff well and again, are always out of something. We will only be going to corporate locations from now on.

But she still refused to give me drizzle… like the few cents was too much for me when I originally ordered this NINE DOLLAR COFFEE?! After 7 years I’m officially quiting scooters. Our experience today was horrible, we got our peppermint mochas today, we asked for small but he gave us large size, we was surprised however When we got home we instantly felt Sick….I’m highly sensitive to caffeine to begin with and I had an anxiety attack. And my wife had a tummy ache. I eventually threw up and felt shaky. I don’t know what he did or if he did it on purpose but this felt like too much caffeine or something. He had a smile on his face when he gave us our drinks. We never experienced anything like this before, when we pay $7 a drink to be perfect instead we get sick. Never again will we go to this location.

Never restock sugar cookies for the afternoon, under staffed and low on cups which Is a given considering it’s a coffee shop. I’m continuously disappointed in fulfilling my order. It’s a simple business basic, supply and demand. I stopped making this my morning routine as I never know if they’ll have cream, brewed coffee and now cups. Help the help manage your facility.

The car before me had two dogs. She was feeding the dog cups. Totally cool right! But she never washed her hands to make my drink…… and she was making food! Im pretty shocked. Also I ordered a large. She filled the cup like it was a medium then added whip to the top…… I order tea… since when does whip go on tea. Won’t ever come to this location again.

Do not go here!!!!! I use to work here. They DO NOT clean out there blenders that are used for blended drinks. Which is most of the drinks that are made. No one uses gloves when preparing food. Ive seen them drop stuff and put it in a to go bag anyways. They talk horribly about customers when windows get closed. They definitely over charged custmers all the time from staff being porrly trained putting incorrect orders, which causes you to over pay. All and all its not a good location to go to if you want fresh drinks and not be taking advantage of when paying for your order or havinf the employee tamper with your food.
