I’ve been eating here for years and zero complaints. New China charges a fair price and fills up a Togo box with what you select and the portions are large which is a huge huge plus. The lady at the window is always friendly and helpful and always greets me when I enter the establishment. I’m grateful southside paducah has this amazing Chinese food location. The food is always good . I saw some of the other reviews; yes the business was a buffet covid happened and now it isn’t, it’s not a huge ordeal and I think it not being a buffet works best for the cook and the friendly lady at the window.

Great resturant. They make everything fresh and really pile the take out boxes full. In regards to other angry reviews; this is not fast food. If you have limited time, consider going somewhere else for your lunch break. Come back a different time.

Love love love this place… by far my favorite Chinese food to eat in Paducah… my buddy got it one time about 2 years ago through door dash and I’ve never looked back since, I come here very often, she always remembers my order and gets it right every time and is very nice… one time during the summer it was very hot outside and I waited in my car until it was ready and she just brought it out to my car on her own, didn’t have to do that and she did, very sweet and kind of her… Highly recommend this place

We’ll where do I begin, I waited 10 minutes for the lady to come to the window for me to order, when she finally got my order she said 13mins I thought ok I still have time to eat and return to work, well after 40min she came up and gave the person that ordered after me there food, I asked if my food was ready and she ignored me and started to walk away, It was only after I stated that I had to be back at work and that I wanted a refund she said just a couple more minutes, I said I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes now so I would like a refund so she angrily slammed $13 cash back at me and shut the door in my face. If they can’t keep up with business then they should switch to just a regular menu and not buffet to go, and if she wasn’t so rude to the customer maybe you might not get bad reviews.

They really deserve much better than 3.5 stars. I recently moved back here, but I used to eat their buffet when I was just a child. I always loved it, and always will support this restaurant. The owners are truly sweet people and obviously traditional Chinese. Like I said I used to eat here when I was a small child and I believe these are the same owners. I can’t wait till covid slows down so I can walk in and enjoy their magnificent buffet. They are open Christmas and new years and my family will enjoy them for generations.

I know the owner reads these. You lost 2 customers due to the rude note outside your restaurant. No buffet? Cool but to rant about getting a bad review, insult the customers AND remove dine-in and the Buffet was too far. We were going to order plates like you requested, even only get take out. But your lack of tact and respect for your consumer turned us away.

Very nasty place to eat! Most of the trays on the buffet were empty. Drinks don’t get refilled. Server talked on her phone constantly. They charge more for supper buffet but no additional items on the buffet. Several rude hand written signs at the register. Like” you don’t like our food go somewhere else”. And if you don’t tip she adds a tip to your bill anyway. Check card receipt. Used to eat there a lot years ago and loved it. Really dissatisfied with this place now
