my experience at this chipotle was absolutely terrible. To start they were giving me very little rice, once I asked for more rice they proceed to put tomatoes on my bowl without permission. Once they remade my bowl they give me even less rice and we’re out of corn. This chipotles service is terrible and I’ll definitely make sure to visit other chipotles instead of this one. Chipotle is Chipotle. I’m not sure how crowded it is during the week because we ordered our lunch via the app on a Monday, and my parents went to pick it up. It was actually my first time trying their quesadillas and I had the new chicken Al pastor, which wasn’t bad. You only get to pick three toppings. I still prefer Dos Toros because I just feel like it’s better quality overall and plus, they let you pick whatever toppings you want. I did like the quesadilla box it was served in, because there were separate compartments for each of the toppings, so that is nice if you don’t plan on eating it straight away.

that red head girl pissed me off so bad.first of all i was already upset that a chicken bowl was 10.20 and everywhere else is 9 something but ykw i don’t even care about that. the portions they give are so TINY. i had about 10 beans in my bowl i understand portion control but be for real! now back to ms red. I asked for queso which is a add on that you have to pay for (for those that don’t know ) and she barely gave me any, not even half a scoop and since i’m paying extra money for it so i was like can you put a little more please , she went for another scoop and when she came back up with it there was NOTHING but excess , that just goes to show how stingy she is with everything, but she did go and give me my next less than half scoop of queso so yea . i didn’t like her attitude in general , she seemed pretty rude. she almost gave me guac after i clearly said cheese thennn she told the cashier that i got guac which is more money. I don’t know this was just a bad experience , her whole mood just threw me off besides the food portions but give that cute curly head guy a raise, he did his job with my rice frl

I love Chipotle, but; this location has terrible customer service. Someone mistook two out of three of my order. Since it was a pickup, I realized it after I was miles away. The food tasted of uncooked oil. This was mas 2nd and last time at this location.
