This pizza is alright the only thing I didn’t like is there are not very accommodating. My director placed an order and said pick up by mistake . I asked if they can deliver they said they don’t deliver to main st ok fine . I asked to cancel they also said no .

Medium garlic & sausage pizza delivered. Okay, it felt like they used ALOT of garlic oil. The amount was excessive and overpowered the pizza. It was a turn-off. The pizza was good. It was just way too much garlic flavor. Partner was completely turned off after 2 slices. Please do better. Thank you in advance.

I’ve been ordering from crossroads for years and usually I order from Main Street and have never had a problem. I ordered today from east main st and they messed up my order! Nancy which is the manager told me I would have to bring the food back in order for it to be remade. I live far and I couldn’t believe how horrible the customer service was. They had me send a picture of the wrong item, she confirmed it was wrong and told me she didn’t check the bag and she usually does and still didn’t deesculate my problem! Alana which is the employee laughed and then told me they would need to speak to a higher up in order to remake the salad or refund me. I explained to Nancy one of the salads got thrown out and one was barely ate so I’m not understanding why I would have save it and bring it in when you got the picture! Never again from east Main Street! I emailed the owner and hope that this situation will be handled professionally and promptly!

Best chicken gyros in Bridgeport area for sure, they didn’t put onions and tomatoes as I requested them not to, the container it came in was not filled with grease, the fries was good, and as a Bronx girl born and raised the personal mozzarella pizza was good too. I ordered on DoorDash and everything was amazing, highly recommend I WILL be ordering from you guys again

Took a clams casino pizza to go. The order was placed through an online service – no additional charges were included. The pizza was delicious. Definitely one of the best in this area! My only issue is that once the pizza pie starts cooling down the bottom crust gets kind of soggy.

I’ve been getting food from CR for YEARS. I’ve never had any issues. But yesterday was definitely a turn off for sure. I ordered through Uber Eats, my order was canceled with out any explanation. No call. Nothing. So I call to see what was up. The girl that answered was extremely rude. Now, I work in restaurant and I work with the delivery apps, so I KNOW they have the ability to adjust the price on something. I was told no they can’t. Whatever, we speak I see what the issue is, so I fix it. Resend my order and call them back to make sure all is good. Well, when they picked up they must have thought I could hear them, so they say “we are going to just cancel her order again” followed my laughter. Now while what they said wasn’t super offensive it’s the fact that they had no regard for who can hear them or therir customers is what is disappointing. The reason they had an issue with the order was because I asked for the salad to have just Romain. She said they don’t have that. Which makes no sense cause they offer CEASER SALADS! Bottom line, the customer service was terrible. I’ve been in the field for 17 years. I’m literally hired to train people on how to problem solve with guest in an APPROPRIATE manner. My suggestion to you and your team, learn to problem solve with you guest to give them a good experience. Don’t brush them off as if they are bothering you at YOUR JOB, THAT YOU CHOSE TO WORK AT.

Ordered about 10+ times this year. Below Avg pizza for CT, subs are avg- good.it delivers to 10pm so it beats door dash fees. Last order I called and said my phone broke, so just knock on my door..I live in a house not some giant bldg. I was able to call back after 75 mins of waiting , they said driver called me. No phone , knock. So instead of coming back and fixing mistake, they lose a customer. Rude to boot!

I placed an order and they forgot the curly fries. I have been a customer for a long time and every week I order. After speaking to the person that took my order she argued with me. I told her that I always give a good tip to the delivery drivers and I always protect them from thieves on the streets. After telling her she missed the fries she said I never order them when I have it recorded. I told her I will never order from there again because I was a good customer and she said she don’t care. Very unprofessional and disrespectful after being a loyal customer every weekend. They will never get my money ever again. I was shocked that they disrespected me like that after being a loyal customer.
