Every single time I order from this location they mess up my order and I notice when I get home then have to make the drive all the way back. When my mother asks them to correct the order but keeps the messed up order they gave us for our wasted time driving back they get upset even though they just toss the pizza. I don’t recommend this location, no customer service or comprehension of a simple order. How does one mess up a cheese pizza with pineapple? DO NOT order from this location, low IQ’s working behind the counter.

I been going for 2 years. And today Janet gave the best service and was kind. I placed an order online and came in earlier she didn’t hesitate to give me my food right away and ensure the quality was good. Truly appreciate it. Sometimes Lil Cesars gets a bad rep but people like Janet make the experience better.

I placed the order at 5:30pm, it said it would be ready between 6:10-6:17. We got there at 6:15, went in and the order still wasn’t ready. The guy behind the counter told us we were waiting on the Italian bread, which was okay cause that should only take like 10 minutes realistically. Until they started fighting in the back about who was gonna make it because no one wanted to. We ended up waiting 35 more minutes and didn’t leave the site until about 6:50pm. Ridiculous

We walked in to order, and there were already about 5 people waiting in the small lobby area. We stood there a good 5 minutes without any greeting or sight of any staff. Then a young teen makes an appearance and hands one of the customers their order and disappears quickly. Another 5 or 10 minutes pass and still no one has talked to us, told us one moment, nothing. The young teen comes out again and one of the customers that was waiting said they had ordered online and been waiting an hour and started asking the young teen where her pizzas were. We still hadn’t been able to place an order, nor did anyone who worked there ever come to talk to us, tell us we will be with you in a moment… nothing. After seeing the people waiting and hearing their complaints about wait times from online orders we decided not to waste anymore time or our money.

Hot-n—ready? If ready means 15-20 minute wait.. then yes it’s ready. This cardboard half baked disaster is not what piZza should be. I understand for a cheap meal, one must lower it’s expectations.. but can you at least fix the customer service? You have 5 guys in the back and one barley taking orders in the front… and that’s after he takes the phone orders. Very unorganized, unprofessional and unsatisfactory…. My personal experience. If you do plan on going here, I’d recommend calling it in first

This store is constantly rushing to get things done. And their cashier customer service needs some work. A customer will walk and up and they won’t even say “hi what can I get for you?” They just wait for you to order. Also even if you order online the wait times are insane. They need more workers and better customer service skills.
