I would have giving them a 0 worse service said they didn’t have white rice another TM came and said they are mixing the white the guy really nasty shook his head and his hands and roll his eyes and went to the back. There was three people on the line when we look back so I like eight they hide their Apple Watch is on bracelets then not wash your hands headphones the dining room is disgustingly dirty, and had a really nasty attitude. here’s the proof of their poor full safety.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and I seem to have problems each time… not receiving guac when ordered, orders almost a half hour late, my order taken off the shelf by someone on two separate occasions, and now this. How do I even eat this? Could’ve just gotten a bowl. Lol.

The food tastes great aside from the worker putting sour cream on my boyfriends food when he hates it. One worker didn’t look like she even wanted to be there and I get that we all have bad days but she could have tried to make the best of it. Food wasn’t prepared so instead of brown rice we had to have white rice.

This location is just plain badly managed. Always dirty, always missing or out of certain ingredients, never friendly and only open dining at certain times as I’ve been by several times to walk in and the staff say “Sorry We’re only serving Online Orders”. Chipotle Corporate, you better get it together as most of your locations are turning into this. You need to re-train your owners and make them work the store and take pride in. Learn from Chic-fila as they are blowing you away!!

We get Chipotle often and it’s usually decent in store, but 9/10 times there’s an issue with our order when we DoorDash. Usually an ingredient has been left out of a bowl or burrito or they’re skimping out on portions because they’re not serving us face to face. Obviously we don’t let it bother us much considering we continue to order from there, but today we decided to order a bowl of queso and what we received was a bowl of what looked like curdled cheese with chunks of tomato in it. The “queso” didn’t move when we tipped the bowl over due to it being nearly solid. I guarantee they wouldn’t have served that to us if we were there in person.

I walked into the business with plenty of time before closing. It looked like two employees were off clock eating food, and nobody in line. Three employees were behind the counter. When I walked up to the counter, I stood there as the two employees were messing around with each other. One staff member pointed me out and said “you have a customer.” The other employee shrugged me off, and ignored me. The third employee said the same thing, and the first employee continued to walk away and ignore me. Finally one of the other two employees acknowledging me, asked if I’d like to order. Just before starting my burrito, the other employee looked at him then told me they were out of cheese. I get it, it’s the end of the day, and employees want to go home, but that’s just sad. I told them I was good and didn’t want anything. When I walked away, I could see them dabbing each other up like they were just trying to get me to leave so they didn’t have to serve. After reading through some of the other reviews, seems like employees might be driving business away. Best of luck to the manager of this business, seems to have a lot to handle.

We like eating at Chipotle’s but there’s always an issue .. tonight like most week night not enough employees to resonably service customers.. I young lady working hard to keep up on the line which cost me 30 minutes wait… Chipotle if you want ro stay in business.. service your customers.. My wife and I have more than cut our visits in half due to this.. I am sure this is happening alot..

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by dirty tables, floors and empty self-service station. The place was empty and the staff certainly could have cleaned/stocked the necessary utensils and napkins. Asked 3 times for napkins so we could clean our own tables. Went through the order line with grumpy server. NO CHEESE! You’re kinding me! $83 dollars later, we piled up our trash and balanced it on the existing mound, and left! OMG… the shopping center shouldn’t allow them to be open under those conditions, and neither should you as a Chipotle franchisee!

If I could give -0 stars this would be the occasion. Before I could order, I watched the “manager” training the workers in front of a line of customers on the portions to put in the orders. This went on for several minutes as we watched in disbelief. The portions were ridiculously small : rice for a bowl one scoop, meat for a bowl half scoop. Etc. And she went over it again with another worker. I have eaten Chipolte for over 10 years , I have NEVER seen such unprofessional behavior and lack of concern for the customer. You are a food establishment, not a soup kitchen that means customers pay $10 for a decent meal not a kiddie meal. Tip for the owner: Change your practice and if you are unaware of this managers antics get a new one! Shame on this location. Avoid it and find another one.
