Chipotle is always good, but this location always messes up pick up orders, asked for xt chicken and fajitas no beans. got normal amount of chicken, no fajitas and they put black beans on it….still good but dissappointing i didnt get what i ordered

I’ve only ever left a handful of reviews, but this one is very well deserved. I just want to start of by saying Michael who served our food was so polite and his customer service was so amazing. I was so pleasantly surprised at our experience since we hardly ever go into restaurants to order. The food was so delicious! And when it was time to pay Mercedes was also so kind and polite all smiles. You don’t really see good customer service like this now a days. We will definitely be back and they definitely deserve a praise! (Raise )

Chipotle has gone downhill for me. Short staffed. Mobile orders are always late and not fulfilled. At one point I only saw 4 employees working the store. And this isn’t just here. It’s all Chipotle locations. It’s enough to make me quit altogether. And don’t blame the employees. They don’t have a say at how this business is run.

To be honest, I eat here sparingly. Not because of the food or staff, I just don’t have that kind of craving for chipotle. But whenever I do come in, whether i’m the only customer, or theres a line with what feels like a thousand mobile orders, the staff is always polite, always friendly, and they work together amazingly. The food is up to a chipotle standard, always fresh and in constant refill status, but thats because they have it down. Be patient, its always worth the wait here.

I placed an order online for 7 people and paid. Came to pick it up, but their systems were down so they were not able to make it. They told me that I did not have to do anything about it because they did not process my order. Turns out they still charged me for it and when I called customer support, they said they would not refund me for that order that I never received. Ultimately, just took my money. Will not be giving my business to Chipotle again due to their poor customer service.

The kids here try hard. BUT – they are ALWAYS out of items (hence, you have to wait …), they are ALWAYS short staffed, there is a homeless man who is ALWAYS there – inside, the place is a mess cleanliness wise. I have tried different times, different days, and the above issues are constant. Poor management and franchise responsibility. Always a line too because of the same issues. Just sad. As this location is what is closest.

I used to go to this location all the time in person, with hardly any issues. Lately I’ve been ordering from them through UberEats. Now there’s nothing but problems it seems. I used to order chorizo before Chipotle created the plant based version and it’d be hard every now and then which is fine. As long as its still edible then I was okay with it. This is the third or 4th time I’ve ordered the plant based chorizo from this location. Tonight I received my order, removed the lid, and it looks like the restaurant ran out of chorizo and threw some charcoal in my bowl. I can’t eat one piece, it is so hard! I ordered the same thing last night, without any issue. I placed my order hours before the restaurant closed, so the fact that they thought it was acceptable to send this to a customer is just revolting.

I go to this location most of the time as it is closest to my job. It seems like every time there’s something wrong with my online order. Wether it’s not getting any vinaigrette, missing chips or guac, my bowls being nothing but lettuce, beans, rice and a couple pieces of meat, my food never being ready at the time it’s supposed to be, or them giving me rotten spinach and lettuce. There’s always something wrong and I’m honestly getting tired of it. Change needs to happen at this location asap!!!

Love chipotle, but asked for half and half meat, got like 5 pieces of chicken, and like 5 pieces of steak. Asked for not so much rice, my burrito came out to look like half of the size it usually come out with. Won’t come to this chipotle again.

No brown rice, no chicken, no guacamole, no lettuce. Come on management! Get your act together! This location is also the most stingiest location with their ingredients. Let me add uncooked rice to the list – I couldn’t finish it. Such a terrible experience with the 2 bowls I ordered.
