Sooo I’ve tried this Wendy’s about maybe 4 times. Only once have they gotten my order right. All I ever order is 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers with no tomato. That’s it and maybe sometimes a frosty. They need to train their employees better.

I visited this Wendy’s today for the first time. This location is still quite new. The facility was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly. Food was pretty decent for fast food. Although I cannot not this location for it, I do wish Wendy’s in general would add more vegetarian friendly options. Sadly, although they do have salads, most of their salads are centered around meat products. And the staff seems rather confused as to how to customize a salad which is supposed to be veggie centered for a vegetarian preference. With no meats! However, after a bit of explanation and checking with the manager, they did customize the salad for me. I salad was good, and the fries I ordered to go along with it or decent. Not bad. It’s a Wendy’s, but it’s pretty decent.

The GM here is a joke to all restaurants. She was incredibly rude and had some ego trip toward some of her employees. So sad to see especially in these times where jobs are not only hard to come by, but also how jobs are already underpaying the hell out of their employees. Do better.

Super disappointing bc it’s a brand new restaurant. My order was ready in like 2 minutes which was amazing but not expected. The nuggets were old and cold and so were the fries. The burger tasted off and I only got one piece of cheese even though I paid for an extra slice. Raw bacon too. I don’t get how this location can already be terrible. barely been open a week. I’ve never been to a new restaurant and had a bad experience. That’s when I love to go bc I know everything will be clean and fresh.

I’ve gone to this new location about 4 times since they’ve opened, wanted to give the staff time to get used to the work lol… but still everytime I’ve eaten at this location the spicy nuggies are very much over cooked. Super dry hard chicken.. there’s also something going on with the Dave’s cherry cream soda mix, as it was orange the last two times and only tasted of cream. The staff has always been great however, and I don’t wait longer than average in line, so maybe pop the earphones outta whoever is supposed to take the chicken out when it’s done lol, and we good.

I went through the drive through asked for a frosty. When I received my order looked like a water down milkshake. I could drink it with a straw. When I questioned if. The girl said she had to take apart the the frosty machine and clean it. I wanted I could wait 30-45 minutes. If I wanted a new frosty.

Ordered at 1045pm last night for my family, as the cashier opened the drive through window, she told somebody on the headset “I’m sure the customer won’t appreciate your special sauce in their drinks” lady then told me its after 10 so we make your food fresh. I’m like cool, it’s fresh. Well it wasn’t, fries were cold and baconator was dry and like no other baconator I’ve had before. Probably won’t return and that is unfortunate because I was really looking forward to wendys being in town.
