So my housemate ordered 2 subs online through the app around 6:30pm with a pickup time around 7:40. I arrive at 7:41 exact and they did not have either one done, and I had to read my order off to them in order for them to make the sub. They also didn’t hear me correctly on one of the orders and if I hadn’t paid attention and spoken up would have walked out with the wrong sub, even though I told them the order verbatim 3 times! To make matters worse they had run out of one of the items needed for my order and told me it would take 20 minutes for that item to be ready. I accepted a different sub as a substitute and walked off. Is the last time I will ever order from that location

If I could give negative stars I would, the manger is one of the rudest person I have ever met. Rude to customers and very nasty to the employees!!! I no longer go here so instead I drive to the Subway on Jefferson

Unfortunately not a good experience. I tried out their online ordering for the first time and it did not go well. I showed up on time and my order was not ready (they had 30 minutes to make just 2 footings). At the drive through window the employee asked me to go around and get back in line since they hadn’t prepared my order. What is the point of online ordering if the order is not ready when you arrive and you are asked to get back in line. I had ordered 30 minutes before the other people in line and I was asked to get behind them. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. Finally after waiting 15 minutes in line, I received my food. The employee had no explanation on why he asked me to go around in line other than they didn’t have time to do my order. Instead of correcting his mistake and quickly doing my order before the others in line, he decided to act like a drone and not take care of the customer. He acted inconvenienced by me for showing up on time and didn’t even care to think through how to correct his mistake. I worked at Subway during my teen and college age years. Back then if we made a mistake, the whole team would drop everything they were working on and we made it right for the customer right then and there. We would not of said, “hey can you go back to the end of the line and then we will fix your order.” Very Confused on how anyone would think this is good customer service. Be Aware.

Everytime I come here I have problems, I’ve literally waited months in between trips to see if the service is better. Half the time no one answers in the drive thru so why bother having it. Then when I go inside I get ignored and have to ask if there is someone that can wait on me. And another time I got a guy who seemed like I was bothering him by coming in to order a sandwich. Not sure what is wrong with the people who work at this store. They need to hire some better employees with better work ethic.

My order was very sloppy and had half of the toppings smashed into the side of the bread. The bread was squished and torn apart. The service was also very slow and rude. I cannot recommend this Subway location and advise people to take their business elsewhere.

Manager and staff VERY friendly. Quick and good service. They even offered to clear my tray during a slow period at lunch. This management is what a fast food type establishment should strive for. It was clear these team members liked their job.

Several times now over the last few months, I have chosen to spend my money at this location partly because of it’s convenient location– But totally and completely for it’s outstanding customer service! From the moment that you step inside of the door, regardless of how busy that they may be, they deliver an experience that most times, outweighs any experience that I most often have at other restaurants in which in most cases, also charge more money, with less than good experiences. In a time such as now, as we are all around us the attitudes of more and more individuals who are just so involved in putting themselves first, and completely disregarding the emotions of others, this truly comes off as a blessing to be around such great people…Especially for a meal that typically runs between $5 to $7. While I also reached out and shared these feelings directly with Subway’s Corporate Customer Care department moments ago– It was also important enough for me to also post this review, which is something that I never do, as I am often too busy in being able to invest the extra few minutes to do so. Major Kudos To This Store Location!! Thanks Jamie for delivering memorable experiences!

Today is the second time we have walked in to see workers either wearing a mask improperly or not wearing a mask at all. During a pandemic- this practice does not comply with food handling safety. If we see it again we will be going to the health department to complain as we have already complained to the store manager about it. We also will not be returning to any location that blatantly ignores community care and safety like this. I seriously hope this is problem is handled.
