The food is consistently not fresh. The meats, corn, rice and peppers always look like they’ve been sitting out all day. Quality doesn’t meat the cost. A burrito and bowl can easily run you $15! Not worth it! Try a different location.

Curious and Hungry for a Burrito I visited Moe’s in the heart of Fairfax City and I was very satisfied with the Steak Burrito and chips and Salsa. The steak was like a steak brisket sirloin very tender and juicy..the cilantro rice mixed in with all the Pico and corn salsa made the burrito very good very tasty… I like the decor in the restaurant grave festive.. and the view of Fairfax City was awesome too.. it’s where I grew up..

WELCOME TO MOE’S! From the minute you step inside to the end, you enjoy good service, good food and helpful staff. The nachos were delicious, with just the right amount of toppings. The bowl was perfect with fresh ingredients, nothing was too overpowering. Oh and you have a large selection of drinks, whatever your heart desires. Kids also eat free on Sundays, so bring down the family for a fresh meal at Moe’s.

My husband and I will likely never eat a moe’s ever again. We stopped here because we were in the area. Our food was disgusting. The steak was the flavor and consistency of canned dog food. It all tasted terribly—not like any moe’s I had ever had. It wasn’t crowded either, we were 1 of 2 tables there at lunch time. We felt sick a few hours later and proceeded to be sick for a few hours after that.

Terrible costumer service. How on earth just one location stops to serve pulled pork? I am definitely not coming back to the Fairfax location anymore. The food portions are so so small as well. Not that I want a huge bowl, but at least one full spoon of rice. It was shocking to see how different locations treat their costumers.

Hit or miss sometimes that are really good and other times like today it sucks. Depends on who cooks really. Also boyfriend’s burrito was cold, the queso cup was barely filled. My stack was alright not bad. Older gentlemen also was a bit stingy on the chips. He said we could always ask for more. I have social anxiety and don’t feel comfortable asking for more chips or queso.

If you order take out they won’t put you in the same queue as people in the restaurant. I ordered take out and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and then I arrived in 25 minutes and only then did they start working on it. I saw they had just made the order for people in the restaurant. 5 months ago someone complained in google reviews about the same thing and management responded that they are trying to hire more people but it’s a management policy to serve people in the restaurant first and then if they have time try to do the online orders. I assume they are worried people in the restaurant will walk out if they see staff busy making online orders and unable to take their order.

I checked my bank statement and was surprised to find a charge that differs from what I expected. I contacted Moe’s through the website and received an email from the location SAME DAY. Rali, the manager, talked to me over the phone and went over the charge; it turns out I made the mistake and was not overcharged. Thanks Moe’s!
