I will say the employees seem to get along with eachother very well which is usually cool but they could give a damn about the customer & will literally have a whole conversation in front of you without acknowledging you AT ALL. You are a nuisance to them. When you walk in they don’t even greet you or ask what you want. They just stare at you on silence until you tell them what you want. Now the food is always old or cold which I don’t even understand because it’s inside a heat shoot. I’ve given them 4 tries at 4 different times. I literally came when they first opened & the pizza was still old like HOW? God forbid you ask for them to make something fresh they will tell you an exaggerated wait time in hopes that you leave & it works because 30 minutes for a cheese pizza is wild when they aren’t backed up or have customers waiting.

So much for hot and ready, the pizza wasn’t ready and only one other customer in the store. The cashier was more interested in his phone than taking my order. This location always has issues and the pizzas here always look deformed. This location needs improvement

Mobile Order total was almost $90. Was repeatedly asked what the order was from multiple employees. Only to be told it wasn’t ready. We had multiple flavors of wings and cheese bread and was told that sauce does not come with any of it. The employees also looked very unkept and one male kept touching his pants. If I wasn’t picking up an order for someone I would’ve asked for a refund.

I had to come back and change my review from a 3 to a 5. This place is under new management and it shows. Remember how the concept of Little Caesar’s is to run in, grab your pizza, and head out? Yep, the new management is on it. I walked in there and the atmosphere is completely different. Where the staff was always very incoherent and folks had to wait over 15 minutes, they now have a fully functioning team it seems. It looked so different in there that I asked if there was a change in management and wouldn’t you know, I was actually speaking to the new manager. So if you got turned off before like I did by the lack of service and professionalism, give them another chance; it’s like a completely new place.

Pizza looks horrible, no ground beef so they just threw anything on one pizza. When the cashier and I asked about it the guy that made the pizza had an attitude then had the nerve to mumble they didn’t have any beef. It definitely wasn’t the cashier’s fault because they should have told her when they saw the order come through and not take that attitude with her in front of the customers. Needless to say 15 minute wait and this is what I paid almost $30 for. Give me a break! Pizza not even shaped right. Looks like they need to rethink some of their employees.

Order chesse bread and beer pizza with extra chesse. I get to the store and there an argument going with another customer an employee. Sound like the police were called but did not arrive while was there. After waiting 15 mins I was finally greeted, gave my name an order. Employee comes back and says “Oh we don’t have any beef”. My order was place over an hour before pickup and no one reached out to advise my order could be fulfilled so they just decide not to make order at all. Because I ordered online they still charged me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION, I WOULD RATHER GO HUNGRY.
