Nice workers… but thats about it i ordered a caramel frozen coffee with a croisant stuffer and avocado bacon toast, they didnt have avocado so they subbed it with a breakfast sandwich but the bread was burnt, they took 8 minutes in the drive-thru and they had to check after every menu item if they had it, but again chill and nice workers but they had the order wrong and didnt even get my croissant stuffer

I live in TN and travel quite a bit. Dunkin Donuts coffee is the only one I’ll drink so I can just about name every location in a 4-state radius lol! Anyway, got a coffee from this location yesterday that, at first, looked and tasted weird. They made another. Still weird. But the supervisor, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, noticed that the coffee, marked regular, but brewed dark. So instead of just sending me on my way, she took the time to hold up the line while she adjusted the creamer content and make it palatable. I imagine the people behind me had a few choice words for the delay, but I was grateful I didn’t have to drive into Hickory. People are so hurried these days that it really is nice when someone stops to help another out. Thank you kind soul.

I’m usually not the one to leave bad reviews but something needs to be done about the management at this location. Every time I go they are out of caramel. Today I went and they had no milk or any flavors and were out of 4 types of donuts! I placed a mobile order and had already paid and the only way to get a refund is to call the 1-800 number. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work under this manager who leaves them in a bad position to where they have to tell people all day that they can’t even make anything. This place needs new management desperately.

Genuinely the worst experience you will ever get. I tried to give this place a chance for 3 months now, and it’s quite sad just how many times out of that 3 months that my order has been exactly how I wanted. Not to mention they will make you sit there for 20+ minutes to get your 1 coffee. And while you wait you get to enjoy 3 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. I don’t blame the young ones. That older manager is so rude and I’ve watched her yell at an employee with customers in the store. Whole place is unprofessional and I feel bad for the kids who get hired here. Everyone’s rude, your coffee and food will NEVER be consistent, and god forbid you tell them they got your order wrong. I think I’ll pay the extra $2 to drive down the road and get me a Starbucks

WiFi is not working yet, but everything else is!!!! Had lunch here today. Had the “Big toaster” it was two slices of toast, two fried eggs, a wad of bacon and a slice of cheese. Very filling! I also had a carmel cappuccino, it was pretty good. As a note, their coffee is usually under sweet, I always ask for a bit more sugar, I would add it myself but for some reason they do not have condiments out for the customers. I know weird huh?

Expecting doughnuts but they were out again(2nd time we came by within 3 months)with over 4 hrs until closed. Gave it 2 stars because it had a pleasant smell of coffee. We left again. Lenoir needs a good doughnut place because Krispy Kreme is closed and Hole Lotta doughnuts were about out of doughnuts too

I’ve had a few random stops going thru here and the experience seems to vary greatly depending upon who is the staff at time. Usually however, they seem to be operating efficiently. Later in the day they may be out some items that you wanted. Other issues may include difficulty in using the register or answering basic questions about the products. The food is mostly unhealthy, and the coffee what you might expect from a chain location. But for what it offers, this is a better provision compared to many other places.

They always forget the xtra whipped cream on my iced coffee and they’re extremely slow. They definitely need more people on each shift. 20-30 minutes in a drive thru lane is ridiculous.They NEVER get my order right and it takes them forever to even acknowledge someone at the speaker, which to me is rude. If you need a minute then say “I’ll be right with you”
