Seems to be this location Jude can’t get it right.. between management not training and a decent amount of employees who could care less this location just needs to be closed. You’ll have a line out the door but 3 workers stand outside smokin away… it’s terrible! WestBrookfield Dunkin’s may cost more but what they do in 5 minutes would take the warren location all week! Who puts 5 donuts of all different kinds in 1 bag??!!! Better yet who puts chocolate donuts upside down in a bag??!!!

This place is not far from where I live so I decided to try them out one morning when I was out running errands. Of all the Dunkin’ donuts in the area this one has to have the absolute best location. The scenery is second to none. Pastoral views abound for those who want to order a coffee and just sitting their car and daydream looking at the beautiful scenery. I don’t know how they got a hold of this location but I’m glad they did. Of course they have drive-thru which I enjoy because I have a compromised immune system and value drive-thru operations very much. Super convenient and wicked beautiful scenery. You go Dunkin’s!

The place is now infested with flies and the pastries / donuts are swarmed by flies. Yesterday one of the employees loudly exclaimed ‘these flies are getting ridiculous’ as she batted them away from the munchkins. I wouldn’t eat anything from this Dunkin Donuts right now.

After waiting in line for about 10 to 15 minutes, I place my order and only then afterward am I notified that you don’t take $100 bills. Confused by this, I asked why? Do you not have enough change like do you not have enough twenties? He said no I do, I’m just not taking $100 bills. I said, do you not have a counterfeit pen? He said no I do, I’m just not taking hundreds. I asked him, can you please make an exception for me since I didn’t know and I just waited in line this entire time? And he said no I’m not taking your hundred.

Not my favorite Dunkin’. I don’t visit this one often, but whenever I have, I usually have very poor service & negative experiences. They are not at all energetic or enthusiastic here, at least not when I’ve stopped in or went through drive thru. More than once I have had to pull around & park to go inside because drive thru messed my order up. Pretty disappointing. Though I will add I have not been here recently, so maybe they’ve since improved or hired new help that’s a bit more with it.

Revolving door of staff so never properly trained, can’t handle multiple customers, run out of basics early. Sometimes straight out rude like I’m inconveniencing them somehow with maybe 2 donuts I’m getting. And I top!

Good coffee. Line was a bit long. But can’t be helped sometimes. The staff is very attentive and gets the order right. These are tough times, they all need a thank you once and a while. Today is 3/24/2022 I’ve changed my location. I only go to Warren ma drunk n. West Brookfield does not listen to what you order at all. Always got the wrong order and it’s just not acceptable when your paying all that money for what you didn’t order. Warren has employees that actually listen to you when ordering through the drive thru.

I always have a good experience at this location! This is my “go-to” Dunkin’! Today was exceptional. I had a problem, which is rare, with my latte. No pumpkin spice! The white girl in me was not satisfied. I headed back so they could throw in my flavor swirls and I could be on my way. Well, they went above and beyond by making me a fresh one with all the decadent flavors of early fall! It’s all I could’ve asked for and perfect because I always get my first PS on September 1st! 9 times out of 10 my bagel minis are cold, if you order more than three things you will hear the enthusiasm leave the mouth of who’s taking your order and it’s honestly quite rude. if you order more than three things expect something to be wrong, do better, i’ve wasted so much money.
