I swear, this DUNKIN PLACE is the absolute worst! So, get this, 90% of my drink was just ice. I mean, seriously?! I paid for a drink, not a cup full of frozen water! And get this, I even asked for less ice, but they still managed to mess it up. They were sooooo rude, like all of them. I couldn’t even make a simple suggestion or request without getting the stink eye. It’s like they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. Oh, and get this, they would talk in different languages right in front of me. Like, hello? I’m right here! They seriously need some serious customer service training, I’ve never had such a terrible experience at any other Dunkin store.

Rude customer service. Whenever I go to dunkin I always ask for a scoop of chai mix in my matcha drink, never a problem, except at this location. I even said i would be happy to pay extra, they just refused with attitude and said it was impossible.

My first and last time ordering from here. I ordered online as a guest and when I got there they had told me they don’t have the strawberry lemonade I asked if I could get a refund they said no because I ordered as a guest on the App and that I needed my receipt I gave my phone to them and there staff exited out of the receipt by accident, since I ordered as a guest I couldn’t get my receipt back. The guy at the front counter was like they can’t doing for me with out a receipt that there coworker just exited out of! The guy at the front was very nasty and rude with me! Then I was told they can just give it to me and that they had it but I was given water and bubbles and I also order a turkey sausage egg and cheese and It looks unappetizing and doesn’t have any cheese . Worst experience with Dunkin’ ever. Disgusted by the customer service and the food.

Usual Dunkin Donuts menu, good parking and seating. It’s close to NewBridge Landing train station. Use the app to order before walking in because service can be slow even if 2 people are ahead of you. They open early and stay open late. Note that there is now a 7-11 across the street.

Horrible experience. Place looks beautiful on the outside but service is horrible. When we got to the counter the cashier looked at us and did not even acknowledge us. I understand he was getting a box of donuts together for another customer who wasn’t anywhere near us but at least he could have said “I will be with you in a moment”. He looked more annoyed. I watched him put donuts in the box wearing gloves (covered in coffee). He then proceeded to fix his belt and his pants with the same gloves on then touch everything around him to only then make our avocado toast with the same gloves on. I also noticed other employees doing the same thing. Not one changed their gloves between making food and fixing their hair touching their faces and ect. Also the amount of flies in the store outnumbered people in the store. They were all over donuts and food items. This is not just an annoyed customer complaint it’s a health hazard. I could make my own coffee and my own avocado toast but I also should expect good service when I am paying extra for convenience.

My favorite coffee, hot or iced….I’m not happy with Riveredge Main Street, Dunkin Donuts coffee, as it’s my second visit in the last week, and both times I and my wife noticed the coffee is bitter!! Maybe the machine needs a good cleaning!!! I won’t go there again!!
