I ordered 3 milk shake chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. They give me 3 vanilla after waiting for a long time. Then my order was wrong, and they didn’t offer to fix. So I went to the drive through. We finally got the right shakes. So I am just being persistent if you want it right. They made it right with more than enough shakes. Thanks too that guy

Worst service ever. We ordered a double bacon cheeseburger only ketchup and was made wrong 3 times by that time the rest of our food got cold. We waited 45 minutes for the right sandwich and still wasn’t made the way we asked. We finally asked for our money back and was told it be put on our card that was used and still has yet to be received. I’m highly upset. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing just want out money back.

I placed an order at 9:18 by 9:23 my screen showed the car hop would be out. It took 15 minutes after that until I got my food. With a “here you go” and walking off. Don’t just bump and scan orders just to make your times look good. By the time I got my food half of it was cold. I’ve worked at a Sonic before, so I understand the wait times. But when there’s 3 vehicles, there’s no excuse. Next time, leave the receipt so the complaint is more private than public.

This Sonic location just gets worse through time. 9/10 visits your order will be messed up in some way. The workers are no polite when asked if everything is correct. Today I received my first soda and asked which one is this one, as we ordered two different drinks, not a hard question as the lid has have little dimples you press in so you know what drink is served. There is a dimple for Root Beer (RB) but this is hard to understand for some. Ask for a plain burger you get a burger with works. Ask for a order of large onion rings you will get half a large and the rings in the bag are burned.

Took 25 minutes to get 3 slushes. Every time I come here it takes forever to get my food. If you order food, it takes even longer normally. I don’t know why I even give them chance after chance. This will be my last visit. I’ll go somewhere else that is actually fast food.

Took over 45 minutes to get the hamburger my son ordered. He and my granddaughter sat there waiting. He did inquire twice why it was taking so long, the reply was it will be there soon. After talking to my son on the phone and finding out they were still waiting, I called Sonic. I spoke with a girl named Jasmine who told me there was only one (1) car hop working and yes they were having problems getting orders out.

Today, I was told I would get a refund (because I deleted an item off of the app and I guess it didn’t go through) Well they still charged me and never got a receipt saying the correct or amount or anything about a refund. My boyfriend’s chili on his fries was burnt (like black on top) it was so gross he couldn’t finish it. Both of his patties were burnt for his super sonic double cheeseburger. He also ordered no tomatoes or pickles on his burger, but both were on the cheeseburger. I ordered honey bqq jumbo popcorn chicken, but they literally gave me jumbo popcorn chicken with my bqq sauce on it. I also ordered Mozzarella sticks and they were dry. We’ll no longer be going there and stick to the Sonic in Kirksville, mo
