Next time I go I’ll have pics. Came in for a box of donuts and had coupon for a free iced coffee. Had the vanilla and pecan, they were really good. I only asked for 2 pumps instead of the usually 3 and that was still sweet for me. Employees were nice and store looked clean

The donuts were just okay, we had to wait a while for service due to them being short staffed. The mocha latte was horrible….never will we go back there again! The tables were filthy!One of the customer almost backed into the rear passenger side of our vehicle… I made our grand day move behind my husband in case he didn’t stop. Thankful someone in the drive thru line blew their horn at him and he stopped! The entire experience was so horrible, we won’t be returning there again!

Management needs to get in there and help their team. A guy wearing a falcon football sweatshirt was doing it by himself and his coworker was nice enough to help him and myself out for a simple mistake (she was on lunch & they probably don’t get paid breaks) so he could handle what he needed to handle. Not being able to find workers is totally different than not being able to rely on your management as a crew member.

So I’ve ordered at multiple stores through the app or drive thru all over the state. My last few experiences with Dunkin have been deplorable. For starters the wait at the Florence location takes a prolonged amout of time that is an absolute sham. My order was completely wrong at this store and they refused to refund me for a bag of coffee I never received. To start the drinks were wrong and the ones I did receive tasted like chalk. The only thing they can do right is make a breakfast taco. The complaint isn’t just about this experience. It’s about how the last couple of times I’ve gone to a Dunkin this kind of thing has happened. It’s really a shame the products are good but the staff really isn’t trained how to do the job. The company needs to do their job to ensure that their stores are being run appropriately and that the staff is actually trained.

If you want to be late for work and/or hang out in the drive through of a donut store for at least 20 minutes, this is a great option. Otherwise, don’t make the mistake I have twice! The first time, I went inside and was first in line at the counter and had to leave (without a dozen donuts – no drink) after 20 minutes around 7:30am on a weekday. The second time, an app order took 39 (yes, THIRTY NINE) minutes in the drive through. Even then, they forgot 1/3 of the drinks and all straws (at least I could go inside and grab those myself). I would have driven off but was picking the food up for someone else.

Often not open during open hours. Three times of three times they can’t get Decaf Iced coffee right & can’t get simple donut order right 100% of tge time. DD used to be my daily pleasure, but now I don’t bother. $6 ea time is a lot of $ & disappointment.

I’ve been coming here since they opened, and the past few weeks i’ve been waiting 10-15 minutes for my order, but they are definitely improving.. I had quite a bit food and a drink and I was in and out of the drive thru in less then 5 minutes. The workers were all very polite and friendly as well!

Horrible experience this morning. I placed a mobile order before leaving home at 6:35 AM, pulled to the order screen at 6:55 and was asked to pull to the 1st window after getting my coffee. Finally a nice young man came to the window just as I was attempting to call the store. He explained that the person fulfilling the mobile order did not let the drive thru workers now he completed my order. I literally waited patiently for 20 minutes when all the cars behind me we’re going quickly. I wanted to give Dunkin another chance after messing up my order a few months back. I don’t like giving bad reviews but today was unnecessary.

Waited 5 minutes at the window after receiving my coffee for only 2 doughnuts. Watched 4 customers get their food and drinks and drive off from the window behind me before I had to honk for attention which no one answered. I then had to knock on the window. Which didn’t get answered for about 2 more minutes. When the young lady answered she didn’t say anything. I had to tell her I was waiting for 2 donuts. She didn’t ask me what I was waiting for. And when she came back with them I told her how I saw multiple customers get their stuff and drive past and she stood there, shrugged her shoulders, didn’t say anything again and then walked away. On top of this experience, I can’t order food from here ever without them having to come to the window and ask what I’m waiting for. Horrible training or horrible employees. I do not know. I wish there was another Dunkin around I could go to where maybe they could do their job somewhat correctly.

Terrible service and coffee. Waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes before anyone would speak. Placed a mobile order and still had to pull ahead and wait even though no one else was in line or in the store. When we did get the coffee it was straight milk with a little ice. Not at all what it normally taste like. Wasn’t even drinkable.
