We had a wonderful dinner at 368 Restaurant! Staff was welcoming and although it was rainy the sunset was spectacular! Dinner was delicious, especially the corn and black truffle risotto, burrata and scallop app. Cheers to chef! We will definitely visit again!

The restaurant here has absolutely fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. They offer a prix fixe 4 course menu and it is amazing! One of the best meals I have ever had, worth every penny.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at our first try at 368 Maine. We hit the first night of the fall menu and everything was fantastic for the first try. Only critigue I covered Tyler was a new dish type and knife to cut the Unagi appetizer. Other then that the tastes were great, serving portions spot on, and the service was great. My wife had the duck which was great and cooked to point and I had the braised short rib which was tender like a baby’s bottom!! We are enjoying our stay at The Lodge at Moosehead Lake!

We just had dinner and I can’t speak highly enough about our meal. My wife and I tried the new menu (fall 2023) and it was everything I could hope for in a fall meal in Maine. I started with the Tuna Crudo and Gazpacho which was light and fresh with lovely pickled peppers that added a nice acidic punch with a minor note of heat. My wife started with the Burrata which was equally delicious with complimentary vegetables that added a nice break from the rich and gooey cheese. For the 2nd course I had the lobster tail which was perfectly seasoned and cooked with an interesting espresso gastrique which complimented the lobster in a way that I’ve never experienced. For me the star of the lobster dish was the warm lobster salad that came along side the tail, I couldn’t shovel that in my mouth fast enough. My wife had the short rib which I was jealous of as it was melt in your mouth tender with a heaping amount of umami. Dessert was another hit with my wife ordering a s’mores inspired chocolate mousse with marshmallow ice cream and myself ordering the pumpkin cheesecake. Both desserts had an air of familiarity but in an upscale and amped up way. The service was also excellent and our drinks from the bar were creative and yummy. One thing that also can’t be topped is the beautiful view you get from every seat in the house, we happened to eat around sunset and I would go here again for that view alone. Overall dinner was a memorable experience that has us already budgeting our next trip up north for.
