What can I say? The food is extremely lacking, there was no flavor and was dry. The customer service is about what you’d expect from a group of teenagers. There was one boy there that managed to keep busy and keep cleaning everything. I have been to Bubbakoo’s springboro and it was good. I don’t know what went wrong here. Don’t let the photo fool you, yeah it looks good but it didn’t taste good.

First experience with Bubbakoo’s and I was very pleased. When you first walk in you get greeted with a very enthusiastic staff, clean environment, and easy to read menus on big screens. Food was great. Not only did it present very well it was delicious. I definitely will be a frequent flyer and can’t wait to try out a few different items on their menu. JUST GO YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED

Food was okay. Everyone said it was okay. Not bad, not great, but okay. Similar to Hot Head or Chipotle. They do have more options than those places though. Priced about the same. One friend said the jalapeños were very hot. May have just been him. A few people said the food needs more sauce. Worth giving them a try for sure.

The food is excellent. The only issue I had was the speed of service. The place wasn’t that busy and it took quite a while to order. I was surprised at how good the food was and I believe it was worth the extra wait. The prices are a bit expensive compared to other similar restaurants in the area though. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the area.

I used the online ordering system to get the family taco night package. Everything went through fine and I showed up about 20 minutes later to pick up the order. When I arrived and gave my name, the girl at the counter said I didn’t have an order. I showed her the confirmation on my phone and after some back and forth, the manager pulled himself away from flirting with one of the workers to help. He told me the order came through but they don’t do catering orders at this location- it wasn’t a catering order, but a family taco kit for six people. He told me that they knew there was a problem with the online ordering system, but there was nothing he could do. That was it. No offer to come up with a solution, or pack up the ingredients as a one time courtesy since I drive all the way out there. It’s not like they were slammed or anything either. There were multiple workers just standing around waiting for something to do. I asked why they didn’t at least call me to let me know they wouldn’t be able to fill the order. He claimed they didn’t have my number, which is not true because I had to sign up to place the online order. They did, however, charge my card. I asked for the money to be refunded to my card and was told it would take 24hours. It has been over a week later and the charge was never reversed. I’m filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Food is always great. I give it a five because it’s always fresh and taste amazing. Service is ok sometimes. Past few times we went in the employees just were aggravated at asking them to add an item to the burrito. Then I asked for pickles on a burrito and the girl sighed shrugged and said we’re out of pickles it was slightly rude and I brushed it off. As I was paying the lady behind me ordered a Nashville hot burrito, and what happened?? The girl that just told me they was out of pickles put pickles on that burrito… I was kinda mad about this but bit my tongue about it. I rate the service a 3 because it’s 50/50 on if it’s good or not. The atmosphere is clean but very stressful at times. The crew all seemed mad at each other one day and it really showed with the way they were talking to each other and the way they were working seemed they were all arguing. I understand it can get stressful working in a fast-paced environment, but keep the drama out of the customers face. So I give atmosphere a three because even though it’s clean and organized the staff somewhat makes it hard to want to eat inside sometimes with the way they act. Overall I rate it as a 4 out of five because even though the lack of profession in some of the employees there are still a few that go above and beyond to make your experience better and to serve you good good. I will eat here again because it’s very good and clean it’s just dealing with the attitudes were a bit much

Personally, not a huge fan. The amount to select from is extensive, so you should be able to find something for everyone. To me, a picky eater, the food was fairly good, but the rest of my family enjoyed it and already want to come back. Overall impression for me is they’re very similar to the other burrito place a few doors down, but have way more to chose from. Give it a try.

We have tried this place multiple times. A couple mess ups at first, but we kept giving them a shot. The last two times they have completely messed up the online orders. Left out food we ordered and then gave me an entree with beans and cheese only. Not what I ordered. The containers are also getting smaller. I am not sure if it’s the workers or the online ordering system, but they have messed up at least one thing every time we ordered. We do online for convenience, but what’s the point if it’s always wrong. Maybe look into your ordering system. We won’t be back at this point.
