a teenage girl with dark hair in a low bun. she was shorter with kaike pants on. she saw me coming into the store while she’s exiting. she intentionally shuts the door behind her. i so badly wanted to say something but i knew that she doesnt deserve my time. right after this happens another customer coming out apologizes for her behavior and says “i’ll get the door for u instead” and opens the door for me. really shows the duality of humans and how that was one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had. i did not say or do anything to deserve her shutting the door on me. i’d like to think she has something else going on in her life but when it comes to customer service, that’s just flat out unacceptable and makes me not want to even come back to this chiptole.

3rd time i have gone into the store around 7pm and told ” We are out of cheese….if you want cheese you need to use the mobile app.” The reason i go into the store is because i didnt want to order online. Why doesnt the manager go across the street to shoprite and buy more cheese? Or use cheese that is used for the mobile order? I have taken the time to come in the store to eat. Why does the store not want my business? If this is a recurring problem (which it is) doesn’t the manager solve the problem? I asked for the name and number of the owner so i could make him or her aware of the recurring problem, i was told (by the manager) that she didnt know who that was….

The service/staff sucks. I went in and there were no forks at all, so I asked and the guy brought out the bag… so you do have forks so just replenish the fork holder. Also my chicken in my chicken bowl was horribly burnt… like to the point where I couldn’t eat it (had a horrible burnt taste and was pretty spicy because of the burnt hard ends). Like if you burn chicken, then you throw it out and make more. Who wants to eat burnt hard ends? Also there were small bits of spicy pepper (not sure what kind) in my bowl which I didn’t order. So every once in a while, I’d have an extremely spicy bite. Overall, the restaurant needs improvement. The staff needs to get it together or else they’re gonna keep receiving bad reviews.

My wife ordered for pick up on her way home from work today. She ordered me a chicken burrito and she ordered a bowl. Both items had raw rice in them. Literally not even able to eat our food. Thanks so much for waisting my money on food that isn’t even edible. Then I call just to tell the place about the raw rice so they don’t put it on anyone else’s food but you can’t even get an employee on the phone. Oh well guess there will be others complaining tonight about raw rice. This place is a joke. I also never received a refund from them back during covid because the establishment in parsippany was closed and they never refunded my online order. I will never order from them again.
