This Burger King location disgraced the Burger King Franchise in every way possible. The first red flag was that we were told to wait at the first drive thru window the entire time. And once we got our food, it was very poorly made. Our fries were soggy, oily, and severely undercooked to the point where we had to cook it more at home to avoid stomachaches. And worse, the meat in our Whoppers were severely undercooked and had no color. Not only does this look unappealing, but it poses a serious health concern as well. (The meat was so underdone we had to cook it more in a pan at home as you can see in the photo). The fact that we had such a terrible experience and that we needed to finish cooking the food at home diminishes the concept of Fast Food and quite frankly, dishonors this franchise as a whole. I’m surprised this place hasn’t shut down yet with the way food is treated here.

This is in no way a slight at the employees whatsoever. This is a prime location for business and down the street from a McDonald’s that stays fully staffed. This Burger King has the longest waits before you can even order because they aren’t even staffing the location. The employees are doing what they can but it can’t be impossible to staff a store if you pay livable wages and create a good working structure in your location. The McDonald’s down the road doesn’t have trouble staffing the location and gets people in and out. It isn’t an impossible task but every time I come the employees are being worked to death and have little to no help. Cars constantly pull off from the waits. I understand Burger King the name sells itself to an extent but you would think you’d attempt to maintain a certain level of customer service, which again is in no way the understaffed employees faults.

Having it your way is a suggestion HERE.If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my third time trying them after 2 times of them getting my order wrong. I ordered a mustard, ketchup and pickles only bacon cheeseburger. They made a ketchup and Mayo burger. The cheese wasn’t melted and the meat was dry. I made sure I double checked my receipt and it was STILL wrong with no one there. Won’t ever be back.

Ordered a family bundle and cheeseburgers had no cheese, whoppers had only lettuce and tomato , we didnt order any special changes, just normal. Burgers were cold, sprite had no carbonation. Also my 3rd time trying Burger King just to see if it had improved and super dissapointing. They have lost my family as customers!

This is the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been to!!! I ordered breakfast before going to class which is across the parking lot of this establishment. My hash browns were filled to the top and I thought to myself, Winning!!! However, this is what I see when I got to the bottom of the bag, an old bandage!!!!! I called the manager who acted as if he didn’t care and advised that he would remake my breakfast as long as I have the receipt. No sir, you all can have all of this back and return my money. I have never been so disgusted! Omg!!!!!

For a newer burger king this places was so dirty! It was dead when I went in but all the tables were dirty we ended up wiping our own table smh. On top of that for us being the only customers in here took like 15 minutes to receive our order!
