I ordered a family meal for takeout. However, the amount of food that I received was a joke. I have a family to feed, the so called large entrees came only 2/3 filled, as shown in the photo. I rarely leave 1 star review and I understand this is a difficult time for everyone, but my money is not grown on trees. It’s shameful for a business to operate like this.

I ordered orange chicken, and it was made without sauce as pictured. Not sure why they served chicken nuggets instead of just saying they were out of sauce. I also ordered brown rice and got fried rice. No napkins, no sauce (only sauce available was hot mustard), and many items unavailable. They were also out of all veggies and couldn’t make any. Hard to choose a good option if all options are similar in poor quality. I unfortunately ate the “chicken nuggets” (that had no chicken) due to being crunched for time… yikes. A simple notice ahead of time would have prevented the disappointment.

We ordered a family meal to dine in and they gave the food in those red containers and will not give us a plate to eat it in!!!! If I can give zero for service I would! Can’t believe our experience!

My first time here, they give big portions when served, they have drive thru , carry out and online for pkUp orders … the seating is ample and accommodating… cleanliness wasn’t to impressive, I had to ask an associate to wipe tabke down for us , as not one table was clean… restrooms lacked in cleanliness as well, even tho sign says they clean every hour … the staff Ivy was our server, she was kind and helpful… she also made sure my first experience was a good one… I enjoyed it, and will return again…The SC SmithClan

When we pulled up is was an hour and a half before they closed. When we got to order it wasn’t more than 5 minutes later and we were told hastily that options were limited and there would be a wait on everything but 2 items as they were extremely close to closing. Seems over an hour before closing there’s still plenty of time to serve your customers just fine and continue cooking. When I was in the restraint Industry we were cooking, keeping things stocked up and serving up until close.

Nothing is ever ready. I have come in at opening and multiple hours throughout the day and every time there are multiple main course meals not ready. Today marks over 21 minutes and still counting for a meal to be prepared..

We ordinarily love the food, however there’s been multiple nights we have come in 1 hour-45 minutes before they close at 9 30 and have absolutely no entrees available, I understand wanting to do pre closing tasks and make sure things are clean before you’re actually closed but why even bother being open until 9 30 if you’re not going to have ANY food to serve at all? 7 employees in there at these times there’s no reason you shouldn’t have product to serve your customers if you’re going to be open. Very disappointing.

Food is always great and the service has always been great to us. Today we got our order wrong and they fixed it by remaking our order and throwing in other items to make up for it. Definitely made up for the drive back and felt it deserved some praise!!
