Y’all. This McDonald’s has the best customer service. Employees in the morning crew are the nicest around. They really deserve 10/10 stars. Today a young man I’ve never seen before prepared my coffee. You know when you look at your coffee if it’s prepared correctly, (sip) I knew it! My coffee today is on point! Thanks!

I had the worst experience today over the smallest incident. A manager was extremely rude, giving attitude when all I did was correct him since I was given a small milkshake when I ordered a medium milkshake. The manager dumped the small milkshake into a medium cup and just filled the rest with whipped cream. I asked them if they couldn’t just remake it since the milkshake didn’t look appealing anymore. They kept saying no with a despotism attitude. Honestly wouldn’t recommend going here.

Sat down to eat when a crazy lady came in and started screaming at a couple that was sitting at a booth eating. This crazy just wouldn’t stop, and the staff and manager did NOTHING about it. The whole time, we and other patrons were trying to eat that crazy lady just kept screaming at the customer about her daughter that he had embarrassed. She should have thought about her own behavior before she opened her mouth (but that’s crazy for you). The manager didn’t do the job they are there for. Part of their job is to take care of the customers, the building, as well as the employees, that’s why they are called managers. It was a sorry experience for everyone. McDonald’s needs to do a better job in general on that type of behavior. And that type of manager…

This is my to go place since it’s close by my workplace. I’ve been having an issue with the person who works in the afternoon to night. She always gets my orders one. Mine you sue repeats the order and is showed in the screen. Then for her to say it’s the wrong freakin order then has an attitude like it’s our fault ? It’s already happened twice! We spoke to a manager and apologized for her but she should be the one to say sorry to is. I understand work can be overwhelming but you need to stay professional and mainly catch an attitude an the error was with her. Hoping they’re doing better with this issue.

Tried using my McDonald’s app rewards register wasn’t taking code. Try to explain to manager ESMERALDA if they can try another register she refused and said there’s nothing she can do blamed it on cooperate. I was there this morning and there a was a homeless man and he walk to the front and told the lady in red hair and black hat said what do you want? And he said he wanted his creamer and sugars inside the coffee and then the employee tell the man he could do it himself and walk away… the employees should never be talking to customers in that way and even if he could do himself there is a way to talk to customers. He could do it and say it a professional way! I can’t believe the audacity mcdonald employee demands more pay and still act this way. why cause he was looks poor?
