My mouth was all watered up for Zaxby’s..got my salad all dressed up and before I took a bite..I found a big grasshopper in my salad.. ..I’m so done. After seeing this we didn’t want to eat the other items we brought. Very disappointed, never had this happen to me before.

Love the Zaxby’s chicken, sandwich and meals. Food- The new wings meal was amazing delicious, hot and tasty. Spicy fried mushrooms was hot and delicious, chicken sandwich was average but could have been amazing if it had more toppings. The drive through staff made a mistake in my order and gave me large drink instead of large fries . I asked the staff and he smiled and said “sorry sir and gave me large fries”, such a kind person. Two young boys working night shift good job.

Have been going there for years. Hated when they changed the chicken sandwich to tenders. Cobb salad is good, and French fries are good. They are making too many unacceptable changes… regular bread instead of the thick bread, tenders instead of chopped fried breast. Becoming ordinary instead of great. They still have SOME great items deserving a 4, just not my favorites.

This my first time ever coming to Zaxby’s at the Camden location. Bryan, who was the cashier gave me great customer service and he was very kind and patient with me. Even though, I was having a little trouble ordering because I don’t go to Zaxby’s often to know what to order. The food was okay, but I’ll admit the customer service was the best and I hope to come back, again.

15 minute wait for Food that was wrong and when we told the worker she walked off and ignored us. She also threw the food down and threw the pack of Zax sauce we asked for. The chicken on the sandwich was not.much bigger then a chicken nugget for a $6 sandwich is ridiculous. Will not go back.

Good food if they can get your order correct! Don’t think by ordering online you can avoid this problem! 9/10 the order is wrong, but the management seems genuine and always offers a solution… and lately it seems like they’ve put a lot more effort in.

Pretty good food! The salad I got was really well put together & tasted amazing! I also got the Buffalo chicken dip with their chips, which was also equally delicious. I also love that they have an option for celery and ranch as a side dish. Healthy options always make me smile!

Waited in line for 40 minutes, watched employees talking to each other, eating french fries and drinking soda pop (behind the counter) while we waited. Then the order was wrong so had to walk into the store and wait longer for them to fix it. Food was not great, way too much salt. Trash was overflowing. Windows needed cleaned. Poorly managed, poor work ethic, not sanitary. Root beer was ice cold, all staws provided as expected therefore one star given.
