I went here expecting to experience what I had the last time. BOY, I WAS WRONG! I ordered the #8(3 Doritos taco supremes) and a side of pintos and cheese. I was amazed at the difference a visit makes! The beans were actually steaming from heat…The Tacos were great…fresh toppings, meat was warm. I don’t know what happened to this location, but it’s a DEFINITE improvement from 6 months ago! It was so good, I forgot to take pics until I was done!

I don’t recommend stopping here. This location is highly overpriced. The $5 box you would pay at other locations is $9 here. Any kind of add on like beans or rice there’s an extra charge. They are open late but it doesn’t mean nothing for truck drivers because they do not allow anyone to walk up to the window and the lobby closes at 9pm. The staff is not friendly at all. They have a very poor attitude and demeanor. The food was good and the lobby was clean but then again how can the lobby get dirty if the place is empty. I was in the lobby for about 45 mins and only 2 customers came in. Definitely not returning here.

Incredibly slow – even during off-peak hours. I was one of two customers, and it took 10 minutes to receive my meal. Food was perfect. When did quesadillas get to $6?

Was very clean. They didn’t give me the nachos we ordered with the meal, so I ordered two extra. Had an issue when trying to get a refund on one. Employee made a loud sigh, and went for her manager. She pretty much gave an attitude, and said she didn’t understand. I told them i just wanted a refund for one nacho, its like 2 bucks. Shouldn’t be as big of a deal as they are making it. Manager let out a loud sigh, and asked how i paid. Cash… customer service here was terrible. We watched two other customers come in and stand and wait for at least 5 minutes, no one greeted them so they left. This taco bell should be avoided.

I will start off by saying this taco bell is really close to my house so my family & I go here often. I have had a mix of good & bad experiences from this particular one. Usually our bad experiences were when we went through the drive thru, forgotten items, order made wrong, smashed food etc. However a couple of weeks ago we came inside to order because they had a sign up that their card machine was down & to come inside to use their self ordering kiosk if not paying with cash, so we did & I loved the easy use & the assurance that the order was put in correctly. You can customize your order however you want & add extras, it’s really nice. So the last couple of weeks we’ve been there about 3 times & went in and used the kiosk & have had no issues with missing items or wrong orders & the food has been really good & well made. I will add though that the employees should still try to greet customers as we walk in & be more personable than just calling our name when the order is ready, setting it on the counter & walking away… no smile or thank you or anything. So that was my only complaint today. 🙂

Walked over to Taco Bell because it was the only thing open only to find that the only way to get food is to arrive in a car, I drive a truck and I know it won’t fit through their drive-thru which is the reason why I walked over only to be told that they will not serve me because I didn’t arrive in the car. If the vehicle is too big to go through the driveway they still will not serve you. While I was there they also turned around a U-Haul truck that had pulled into the parking lot. This happened at around 10:20 p.m. 6-19-23

This place is horrendous! Not even kidding! I was there around 5:30pm on a Saturday night with my family and friends. There was 3 ppl in line and 1 person waiting to exchange their food. So, long story short. Every order was wrong and had to be replaced. That’s almost 10 orders that were wrong at one time One order was opened by the wrong person at the table they were sitting at. Then took it back and instead of throwing it away because of covid-19 rules and even cross contamination. They just gave it to the other ppl. I had a huge nasty black hair in my food. They were very rude also!
