Lady working the drive thru window was very nice. My burger was absolutely nasty. The meat tastes old. I had to spit it out in the trash can. I’m not happy. I don’t have time to run back and shouldn’t have to.

If I could give this a one star, I would. Not only was the staff slow and it took forever for food to come out (it was not busy), but then both me and my dad got food poisoning. It takes a lot to make me physically ill, but this did it. The food was too mediocre to see it a second time.

So the lady taking our order seem like she had somewhere else to be while running around filling up everything instead of taking our order The little girl in the drive-thru was very helpful and grabbing everything and delivering our food she did everything but take the order which she seemed like she was running most of the front line and the drive-thru just by herself you needed a raise. To get to the food order to double hamburger one patty was burnt and the other patty seem to be half raw The lettuce that was on it seemed old and wilted and whoever was making the burger must have light onions because there was half of a diced onion if not more shoved on that burger. My niece that was with me ordered a corn dog which the tip was burnt which is still kind of mind-boggling and my girls hot dogs seem to be the best and only thing that was completely consumable that we’ve ordered. The inside of the Sonic look amazing with spotless clean The lady taking my order also told me that the soda machine was down simply because she had just got done cleaning it 3 hours prior to them closing and didn’t want to use it so again the girl running the drive through was very prompt to help us and get us new drinks and condiments as we needed them service from her was outstanding food not so much.

Went there late and this is what I got for 5.29 chi ken sandwich and then they don’t want to replace the whole order or meal, just the sandwich. I still have the original sandwich I offered to give them back, poor service at nichlosville ky . First time to this sonic and I was not impressed

Came in to order shakes at 9pm. Drive thru order taker was friendly. Proceeded to wait at the window for 15-20 minutes for milkshakes. There were several workers standing around talking, doing nothing. The store was well staffed, doing nothing. It was me an one other car, and we both waited for a very long time. I understand if it is busy, or short staffed, but neither of those conditions were met at all. And one of the milkshakes were wrong. Come on man

Got the wrong order, waited a bit for it too. It was still good so I’m conflicted. (No I didn’t compliant, I paid for food in a bag fast. I’ll settle for whatever). Plus they were happy and smiled at me… I don’t know, I didn’t even get close to what I ordered but they seemed happy to help me. I might take service and a smile over the correct order everytime. I’ll go back, and if they mess it up again… I’ll go back and just pull up and say, “surprise me!” Who cares all the food is good!

If you come here anytime past 11/11:30 they will not serve you ice cream or slushys 90% of the time. Depends who is working really.. they will clean the machine’s hours before closing and Isn’t the whole brand and motto of sonic is they have late night drinks and ice cream?? So why is ice cream not getting served at night??. Most places start cleaning at closing not hours before closing … that’s a bit wrong if ya ask me. I believe aslong as a restaurant is open everything that is on the menu should be available. what they are doing is pretty much false advertisement.

I came through the drive thru, was asked to please give them a minute and 14 minutes later a lady says sorry for your wait I didn’t know you were there. I placed my order for two drinks and pulled up and paid. Then I was asked to pull forward and someone would bring my drinks out an additional 15 minutes pass ,finally had my order and please keep in mind when I first pulled up I was the only car in the drive thru 3 cars after got their orders while I was still waiting? Just bad business!
