Honestly I love dairy queen been going since I was a kid and this place has always been decent. Tonight was one of the most horrible and disgusting experiences I’ve ever had in any fast food restaurant. The lack of cleanliness and regard for cross-contamination was Beyond atrocious and negligent. Yet the staff working seem to be having a great time amongst each other while the customers were hot irritable and left to wait for 30 to 45 minutes in order to place an order and just as long to receive it, multiple people received there blizzards served right side up and not upside down but due to the lack of cleanliness behind the counter did not want the next one free. I write this only because I truly loved Dairy Queen and the experiences that are associated with them but this one experience has truly dimmed the rest of them. I truly hope that this staff and franchise cleans up their act, no pun intended. To top off the night they got my order wrong and gave me the right blizzard but it was with the most attitude and both were served right side up needless to say I did not mention it and the reason being ,I will

The lady manager and the female employee were both rude. They just looked at me as if I was stupid for wanting to use my code. But they didn’t tell me until I couldn’t use it. They do not accept codes. When I asked her what I should do, she said. She became extremely rude and walked away. She addressed me as if I were her child. I will never return to that location?

I got a melted Blizzard… I couldn’t even grab the cup without it spilling everywhere. Also no one was wearing gloves inside either, and you’re not ever supposed to touch utensils anywhere except the handle in food service, but I saw them breaking that rule, too… The service was okay. The food was pretty good, except the blizzard. I was really looking forward to a chocolate explosion like usual, but it was just acceptable, but the melting was so bad everytime I picked it up GENTLY it got all over my clothes and the car seat and I’m a VERY clean person whenever I eat. But this was so messy, aren’t I supposed to get a free one if they can’t serve it upside-down? I know it would’ve been all over the table if they tried. The photos are from right after I got it.

okay so a few days ago when my mom was driving home, my brother was saying something to her, except i couldn’t tell what they were talking about because I had my headphones on and was listening to music. A couple minutes later, we park near the local Dairy Queen because I guess my brother wanted a shake or something. So we go in with a 20 dollar bill that my mom handed to us because of how tired she was, and we wait in a medium-sized line and wait. After ordering a few shakes and a blizzard* (*for my brother), we sat down to wait a couple minutes. Some time passes, and the DQ employee calls for two shakes (and a blizzard, though the blizzard came earlier). We took our stuff, and went back to the car. The wait for our shakes wasn’t long, and when I arrived back I gave my mom her change, and she soon started up the car again. Not even two minutes later, I give her the shake she didn’t order (she said she didn’t want anything so naturally she did), and gave her one of the two straws. But before giving her the straw, I guess my straw became a nerf bullet because it completely vanished >:( I know I put my own straw somewhere but I didn’t know that John Cena came in our car and abra kadabra’d my straw because I COULDNT FIND IT. I looked everywhere that could because I knew the straw fell near I sat (the right backseat); I searched behind me, the front seat pocket, under the passenger seat (multiple times), on the floor, near the cup holder, around a pile of folders in the middle of the backseat, near my backpack, in the front seat pocket AGAIN, under my seat, but it was not there. A few minutes into my car’s cavity search, I just gave up because it was a miracle that there were smaller straws at home. When I arrived home, I soon found the spare straws and just ate or drank my strawberry shake. Overall, if the shake’s price lowered closer to $5, or if I could not lose my straw the next time we go to Dairy Queen, this would have been an easy 4 star.
