I prefer this location because the location nearest me has horrible customer service. This location has delivered to my home before. But when I called for delivery this time, the manager on staff refused to deliver to my home and advised me to call the location nearest me sighting they have a new GM. It’s frustrating because I have a discount card that is good until the end of the year, but I’m not really able to benefit from it unless I pick up my order.

I had a pretty good experience here. When I came in the manager greeted me and was very professional. My pizza came out hot and ready and the manager by the name of Emily was super sweet and helpful. Come to find out she knew my brother so we started to talk and had a nice conversation. The store was very clean and professional, I would recommend this location to others.

The cheesy bread is to die for Maddie was so nice and thoughtful , We had a huge order and they got everything right and it was hot and fresh when I picked up the order. I never usually have these issues but tonight, I ordered delivery for TWO pizzas. Followed the tracking app for it to tell my that my food was on the way over an hour later after placing order. THEN when It says that it’s arriving, they cancel my order! I did not receive the two pizzas. Poor service this time around!

Horrible delivery experience. Upon delivery, which was ordered contactless!! The delivery driver banged on the door and rang the door bell profusely. He was an old man with a blue sedan and didn’t even bother to greet me and just shoved the receipt in my hand to sign. After telling him it was SUPPOSED to be a CONTACTLESS delivery, he then stated “Tip.” I told him that it was not my card and he preceded to say, “That’s what they all say.” after handing him back the receipt which I gave no tip after the rude comment and terrible service, he then threw the pizza box in my hand and left. This is the first and last time ordering at Dominos.

Ordered from dominos on Two Notch Road, once the pizza was delivered I noticed that one of my pizza’s had hair in it. Needless to say after speaking to the extremely rude manager Alicia, and having to call back because she hung up in my face. My entire order was refunded! I suggest if you want pizza to seek another establishment. They don’t take pride in their food or customers!

I wish I could give zero stars. Here is the truly inedible pizza that was delivered to my house earlier today. Yes, they offered to remake it. However, no one apologized. I was told I have to 25 minutes to get my money back because the driver was out, and I was also told that if my money is not returned to my debit card that I should come back. Apparently, the young men working there could not figure out how to void the transaction. It was an all-around terrible experience.

My pizza was cold upon delivery. I do not understand why it is so hard to deliver a quality product. Yes, staffing is difficult. However, take the time to schedule people accordingly and offer the service and product you guarantee. Please do not order food on a game night or a ppv night. If so, you are wasting your money!
