I happened to be next door buying some shoes at lunchtime so stopped in here. It’s neat and clean and seems popular. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Bathroom cleanliness was so-so. For eating in, you order at the counter, take a number and they deliver the food to your table. The service, while not rude, was far from friendly and enthusiastic. They only cook their burgers one way…well done. That’s because it’s only a 1/4 pound smash burger. It was still juicy and the meat has good flavor. It comes with lettuce, tomato and special sauce, which is a mixture of ketchup and mayo, as for as I could tell. They forgot to core the tomato so it had a big hard core in the middle so I removed the tomato and left it. The bun was decent. The cheese was American (as it should be). The price was great! $14 for the burger, fries and small milk shake.

This is a follow up to an older review where I said this place feels a bit “low rent” and not in a good way. Since that last review, they have remodeled and although it isn’t drastically different, it feels better and I like the colors they used. The menu is refreshed though I cannot say if they have added any menu items. It just looks better.

This place cannot take proper food orders. On 3 consecutive occasions they couldn’t get my order right whether it be a double cheeseburger or the size of the drink. EVERY time I come here its always wrong. Other places I go to they don’t have this problem. I show understanding and give them the benefit of the doubt. Mistakes can happen and I’ve been patient. I shrug it off and deal with it. But now I’m starting to get frustrated here because it’s now every time. A gentlemen there by the name of “Rikin” who is a really nice guy and takes the order but always gets it wrong and I really do not understand what is so hard about this? I can’t speak up because by the time I notice I’m already charged.

The meat patty was fresh and juicy. Also, the fries and sweet potato fries were crispy. I tried new pumpkin spice shake. The food was a bit pricey, but my family and I were satisfied with the food. We will come again next time to try another menu.

Came in for my lunch break for the first time. Everything was clean including the bathroom. The staff was friendly/welcoming/competent. Rosillo took my order and was very patient with me while I was deciding. She was personal and checked in with me during to see if I needed anything else/if everything was good. It’s small but it made the experience feel less like fast food. I ordered a regular cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. Robert was one of the cooks when I went. Everything was delicious, the burger was a solid medium/well. The sweet potato fries were crispy instead of soggy/floppy. I would definitely come back!

I have ordered from Uber eats every single time says they have no chips. I’ve called in the past with every order they have them and will substitute them. The last 3 orders I’ve done they have not only gotten that wrong but the last 3 times I’ve ordered my burger no bun wrapped in lettuce. And every time single time it comes with a bun! Get it together! Highly disappointed!
