I’ve never been more embarrassed for anyone in my life more than the employees at this restaurant. First, the online ordering didn’t work so I had to go inside. It took over 5 minutes for someone to take my order while I was waiting at the counter, as the employee was just standing there looking at the person on fries. Then, a person in the drive thru came inside and said their order was wrong, so naturally, I got skipped over again so they could help them. Finally was able to give my order, but I had to initiate the conversation because the cash register employee just came over and stood there looking at me after giving the person in the drive thru their correct order. My free fries coupon on the app wouldn’t scan, and the employee just continued to stand there, offering zero solutions or care. So, I paid full price for the fry. Next, it took another 10 minutes to get my food. I watched in horror as my burger was placed in the bag, and all that was needed was a large fry that took probably 7 minutes to arrive. And no, there were plenty of fries, so they weren’t making them fresh.

Order hamburgers with bacon, no bacon on 2 of the burgers, fries were cold and mushy, still better than the “golden arches”. I will go back, it was a busy lunch rush so grace is given. I still love us some Wendy’s!

Edit: I have to downgrade this review. The food has been great. But multiple days, including the past two, I’ve made my online order only to be told when I arrive that the registers are down. The staff has been very nice and it isn’t their fault. But in an area where coffee shops have huge lines and Wendy’s doesn’t, it is a shame to not be able to get what is a very good breakfast reliably.

Waited 25 minutes for my food and it was still incorrect. Workers standing in the back just staring out at the dining room blankly. Only like 2 families in here. Ice machine broken. Workers with long hair dangling/touching food under heat lamps. Would not recommend this wendy’s.

Super rude, yelled at me, took 20 minutes after paying to get food out to me. Didn’t give me all the food from my order and got mad when I pointed it out. Also when specifically asked for regular coke, gave diet coke. Very rude, do not come here. Go elsewhere for your lunch or food.

Service was so bad I had to immediately pull over to write this review. In the drive thru, I had asked a question a few times with no response. I realized She probably couldn’t hear me, but the amount snark and rudeness when she told me to speak up was shocking. I actually reached for my gearshift to leave but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I continued ordering. After everything I said it was a loud I CAN NOT HEAR WHAT YOU ARE SAYING YOU NEED TO SPEAK UP. There was also no one else in line at this time. I finish my order rolling my eyes as I was literally shouting and pulled to the next window and there are 5 younger employees yelling, shouting and throwing things at each other at the window. The girl hands me my drink and as I am waiting for my food she opens the window and goes “do you need something??” And I’m sitting there jaw open, couldn’t even say anything, just confused. She then left the window and returned with my food. Wish I could give less stars. Who even runs this place?

Be prepared to wait…like 15 minutes in the drive thru even when you are the only one in line. May be worthwhile if the food wasn’t cold and soggy. Worst location ever.

Came into the place and a couple or so they’re eating there were no one else in the place. Walked up to the counter, and the girl behind the counter was messing around with God knows what and said something to me and I said OK, then she walked away, stood there for a while and walked out. Places like this will not survive much longer.
