I wish I could leave 0 stars. We ordered from them a few months ago. We’ve always loved Mountain Mike’s and have always gone to the Rocklin location. This time we went to Roseville because it’s closer. When we got home, we saw the pizza was very burnt. We tried eating it and it was disgusting. Our 2 young girls wouldn’t eat it (and our kids love pizza). We ended up throwing half away. Today we decided maybe we just had a bad batch and wanted to give it another chance (because once again we have always loved their pizza). When we ordered it, we mentioned last time it was burnt and specifically asked them to make sure not to burn it. They reassured us. When my wife opened it up, she noticed the pizza was burnt again. She immediately asked them about it. The manager said that’s how all their pizzas were. It was literally black around the edges and on top of a lot of the pepperoni. She asked if they could either rebake us a new one or refund us. The manager was extremely rude to my wife and refused to do either. She kept rolling her eyes at my wife. She said she would call the owner and ask him. She spoke for a while and spoke in another language so my wife couldn’t understand her (likely bad mouthing my wife in front of her). When she got off she said we had 2 options. 1. Take a $8 discount or 2. They would make us a small. We didn’t want another because we knew they would just burn it again. We took the $8 and ended up paying $20 for a nasty burnt pizza. We will NEVER go to another Mountain Mike’s Pizzas again! They have absolutely horrible customer service and royally suck at cooking pizzas. Avoid this place like the plague!

This Mountain Mike’s is probably the best one in the area. I always receive good service, quickly, and never have any issues. They always get my order correct, and they actually have the salad bar available. Employees are friendly, and offer good service.

The only thing I have a hard time with is paying $30 for a medium pizza. Could we bump that to a large please? Your pizza always tastes awesome. I would just like more for my money. Throw in some bread sticks or something.

If there was a way to give zero stars, that is what I would be giving them. Took 2-1/2 hours to get a medium chicken club pizza and 6 plain chicken wings. When I called to check on my order after 1-1/2 hours, I was lied to regarding the delay of my order. The manager called me back 15 minutes later to tell me that they had run out of chicken wings and they were getting them from another store. My order arrived 2-1/2 hours after I ordered, the pizza was not hot and the chicken wings were not cooked completely. Both the pizza and the chicken wings were very greasy. Wishing we hadn’t eaten them. Mountain Mike’s on Pleasant Grove in Roseville is horrible! I suggest that if you want pizza and/or chicken wings, that you use any pizza place except Mountain Mike’s Pizza.

The half domes were okay, but definitely didn’t have extra sauce and cheese like they were supposed to, and the salad was watery (poured off half a cup of water from the bottom of the container when I got home and the croutons were wet bread). Not the best experience.
