I was just there this morning. I ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte. I got a small black coffee. Turned around and went to the walk up window and told them I had ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte and gotten a black coffee.

I give this location 2 stars because of the service, I am a Starbucks regular and am very disappointed. I payed 5.25 for a venti Iced matcha latte w/ non fat milk and 3 extra matcha powder, I had waited 5 minutes for my drink and when I received it the cup was soaked and it was 3/4 ice. I was able to drink it in under 10 minutes. I will not buy from this location again, it was basically a scam weather intentional or not. If you want starbucks go somewhere else. Only giving four stars instead of five because I got the most delicious drink here one day that tasted like family Christmas in a cup and want to get it again and there was so writing on the cup or sticker. Just a plain cup. I forgot what I ordered too.

I love the coffee. That’s why I keep coming back. I just don’t like that when I order. My cup is only 3/4 full all the time. I feel like I’m getting ripped off. I pay 6 bucks for a less than full cup of coffee.

On two separate occasions after receiving my order of a grande iced shaken espresso, there is always a lingering taste of raspberry syrup in my drink. This makes it very unpalatable. I’ve concluded it’s the stores problem, as I will drive a ways up the road to Keizer and order from their store and it tastes like it should: An iced espresso with milk And three pumps of syrup without a hint of raspberry.

It’s a nice place, not too busy when we went. The service was average. I was hoping for a song and dance, but all I got was my name called when my hot chocolate was done. Oh, well I guess you have to tip better for that kind of service. The hot cocoa was amazing though, props to the barista.
