Today I went to this McDonald’s McDonald’s. I frequently visit literally every day sometimes twice or three times a day. I receive the worst service ever ordered my coffee. It was wrong so I asked for it to be remade it was remade I said, can you put a little bit more coffee in it to fill up the cup please The manager literally snatch the cup out of my hand, causing the top to come off and almost waste everywhere I pull Ford went inside and said he excuse me I asked you nicely why did you snatch the cup out of my hand she told me boy whatever and put her hand up Then two of the other employees decided they wanted to make fun and laugh about it and it’s so funny how I spin money with these people on a daily basis just to be disrespected I have a money tracker app last year I spent over $6,000 at this exact location by three other locations every single day just to go here. It’s a shame that one bad employee, especially a manager would have so much disregard and disrespect for customers.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have been to on the North Shore. I don’t know if it needs new management or a new workforce. Two weekends in a row I have gone there and was not able to get service. the first time I sat at the drive-through on the inside lane while car after car got served on the outside lane so I left. The next weekend I sat in the drive-through lane after watching someone get their order taken for a few minutes and no one ever responded or took my order so I left again. Also screens were off. My experience is based on dine in. This is a standard quality McDonald’s with polite staffs and located convenient next to a gas station. Manger was attentive and quickly replaced the missing item from my order. Food on the hand left much room for improvement. Grilled chicken sandwich tasted soggy and looked like it was microwaved. McChicken was average and the buns were wetter than I expected.
