Ordered online said it would be a few minutes longer for the order I made when I got there there were busy I’m ok with that told them my name and got up to the window had my sandwich’s ready but didn’t have the donut I order had to wait a little longer so she could get them ready for me got home had the chocolate cream filled this is why I don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts there was no filling in the donut spent $43.00 and I tipped $10.00 in cash so $53.00 I spent food was cold the app never told me it was ready for me to pick up the cashier was nice that is about it for the trip to Dunkin’

The manager needs to be fired her name is Charlene, she is profoundly rude to her employees and costumers. I’ve been there a lot and every time i come inside it’s her complaining or yelling when it’s not even necessary. So very unhygienic to be working with food, and she doesn’t make the drinks right EVER, out of everyone else that works there she is just the worst I’ve never been encountered in such a rudely manner.

Went inside to place an order because the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. I had the Good Fortune of catching someone who was already at the register so they couldn’t avoid taking my order I then watched someone come in and he waited 3 to 5 minutes for someone to actually wait on him even though they looked at him several times.

Third time I have used the app to purchase online for pickup at the drive-thru window. Each time the order had not been ready although I had given it more than 20 minutes and they never have the donuts that I ordered on the app. Twice in the past when I went to the window they let me know they didn’t have the donuts I wanted. Today the order was not ready and they said nothing about not having the donuts I ordered. It was a mix of all types of donuts with the exception of any of the donuts I had ordered. It wasn’t until I got home that I discovered the error. The Dunkin Donut app is essentially useless for ordering ahead.

It seems to be a common occurrence of getting orders wrong. We asked for a sweet tea and got a cup of cold black coffee with no sugar as well as an iced coffee where asked for a hot. My orders are never right.

Not long ago… you could buy a glazed donut for 35 cents and a hot coffee for 99 cents. Today they want $1.59 for a glazed donut and $2.89 for a small coffee Plus Tax. I just can’t see paying over $3.00 dollars for a regular small coffee. – Its ridicules..

Let me start by saying we normally love Dunkin coffee, even over Starbucks or any others,However,this location is awful Constant turnover of people,no consistency,always out of things,terrible inside service . Just an example,Chic-fil-a is right next door & they are so clean,efficient,FRIENDLY,well trained ,so much business …why can’t DD follow their business model .Everyone blames Covid,but it’s truly problems from the top people .The current manager,Charlene,I think,(short brown hair) has a voice like NAILS ON A CHALKBOARD over the intercom,sounds half asleep & very much like the last manager they had,always looks dirty, hair a mess,ect . We used to come all the time,now only a couple times a month ,when we run out of coffee at home.Such a shame

I don’t know what is going on with this establishment, but it feels like they can’t get a single order right. Have tried and tried and given them my business over a long period of time but almost every time I order from them there is something messed up. The most recent being my order today. Let me preface this by saying that my wife is a vegetarian and we always order the beyond breakfast sandwiches because of that. I ordered two beyond breakfast sandwiches and a egg wrap for my son and get home to find both sandwiches contained real sausage and my son’s wake up wrap had the smallest piece of egg in it. When I say small, I mean small. Very unhappy with the inconsistency of this place and will not be frequenting it in the future. It is worth the drive to the New Smyrna store to get my order right. The only reason this is not a one-star review is the manager was very apologetic and made them properly for us quickly the second time.
