I went to get a coffee with my 9 year old daughter & my sister. The girl behind the counter was so terribly rude, she actually had a scowl on here face. After enduring 5 straight minutes of this I said to her”it’s not necessary to be rude” she proceeded to explain to me why it’s ok to be rude and then cursed me out in front of my 9yr old daughter. I ordered an iced decaf around 7:00 pm and it was very stale. The doughnut selection was bad, probably less than a dozen. I like the modern feel. And the easy workspace. The staff was friendly. The furniture is a little shabby and not in a chic way.

I used the app to place my order which included an apple fritter and a French cruller and caramel craze iced drink. Upon checking the order at the car. I was missing the above items. Nobody said it was missing and my receipt shows I paid for them. Cashier said they don’t give refunds get something else. I already had a variety pack of donuts. Granted they allowed me to leave the store without items I paid for. They don’t carry those items yet I was able to order and pay for goods I did not receive and now I cannot get my money back. That’s my last Dunkin’ run. I did not know you can pay for something, not get it and oh well too bad

Worker was extremely rude and told everyone at 5:30 to order and do not get comfortable as they were closing soon. We had 30min to drink and eat. She yelled this 3 times and everyone left. Then she refused to let my friend order coffee 10 mins till closing. She said the lobby was closed. She said she couldn’t clean and take pictures because we were still there. She made us feel very uncomfortable. Horrible service and very rude worker. She was also training someone and telling him this is how you get everyone out so you can go home early. Mo was her name. Btw, we left before 6. We were waiting on our ride, that’s why we were hanging out.
