Went yesterday for the first time ever and had a TERRIBLE experience. There was no one in the drive through and we made our selection as quickly as possible. The issue started whilst ordering and getting yelled at by a clearly exasperated drive through worker. I tried to ignore it as I had children with me and I know the service industry can be a tough one. I pull up and try to explain it’s our first time and apologized for taking too long or not being loud enough. Not that I did anything wrong but I was hoping to neutralize whatever was happening. She completely ignored me and told me to pull up to the parking near the back.

Whenever I go to Del Taco I always go Drive thru but I went in this time & Food was good but while leaving, I was waiting for my husband to come out from restroom. I saw the lady with black shirt sweeping & serving with no washing hand and no gloves. Another black shirt neither had gloves but long nails with beautiful paints. Service was worst. I hope leader will take action to these because it’s about food safety.

The lady’s where very nice. Clean place. When it comes to the food though.. hmmmm.. the tortillas were COLD.. like my heart. And they said it was because of the vegetables.. But I think it’s because they’re understaffed.. Wich I understand.. But then one bite into my chicken burrito and I understood that it was indeed a lettuce burrito. Don’t judge me.. I was hungry.

This is your borderline below average del taco. However, there is one employee in the evenings that always (at least on my orders) adds a random item or 3 to my order. When this person confirms my order, it is correct. When I get the receipt, the extra items are charged, but the items are not in the bag. If you’re hungry, just ask. I’ll buy you a meal, but don’t add it and not tell me. It’s getting irritating…

When I ordered something on my mobile app, the staff told me that she couldn’t see anything show on screen with bad attitude. In order to get the food I ordered it again, she still couldn’t see it. After the manager came I finally got the food, but I still haven’t received the refund for the second order until today. I payed double for the food because of her, I had a really bad experience in this restaurant.
