Spent $45 on food that wasn’t eaten. Chicken wings were so over cooked it was like eating jerky. The fries were undercooked and soggy. Sauces I paid extra for missing. Very disappointed, sadly this has become common occurrence at this specific location.

I ordered a 20pc family meal with seasoning on the side barely got seasoning. Our chicken was very old and cold and the cheese bites where old and the cheese what hard in the middle. I didn’t pay almost 50 dollars for some run down food that isn’t worth it.

Terrible Management and sloppy food service. Refused remake or refund. Could care less we spent $30 on food we couldn’t eat. Never again!! I’ll drive 30 min to the Thomasville Zaxby’s for now on. Moultrie’s owner needs to reevaluate their Management staff.

The food made my family sick. We bought online for an in-store pick-up. We arrived three minutes before our food was supposed to be ready. Instead of being placed on the shelf labeled “On-Line Orders”, we waited in line to see if it would be placed there. It was fifteen minutes. All of the sudden, after the workers were behind the counter walking around not paying attention to customers, we were asked if we wanted to order. I told them we had a online order and waiting for it to be filled. The young man asked for my name and grabbed a bag from behind the counter and gave us our cups to fill. They all continues to walk around doing nothing behind the counter. No, I do not think we will return.
