Nice staff but online order only not indicated on the door. Plus no chips which isn’t mentioned so I put in the online order only to be told I need to go back and get a refund. Two things that could be easily posted on door. The lettuce had lots of brown spots I.e. not fresh.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve ordered from here at least 10 times and they have not once gotten an order right. Most recent order was disappointing when the chicken for a chicken quesadilla was put on the side instead of inside the tortilla (which isn’t even an option when ordering) and all the cheese they put in the tortilla melted out and adhered to the box. Recommend picking-up only and checking the order before leaving

Employees refused to explain why they could not provide us with guac on a veggie bowl which is supposed to be provided. We were provided with no explanation as to why we saw extra charges on the final prices of the food and the employees rolled their eyes whenever we ordered a side. One employee stormed off to the back when we asked for the side.

They have the worst customer service & are very nude. The cashier wouldn’t go to the back to get me salad dressing. She stated they didn’t have anymore but another employee walked to the back and got it for me. The next day I asked for a salad with spinach & they made me a salad with lettuce instead without telling me they don’t have any prep. So I didn’t make any purchases because of the unprofessional staff.

I am a door dash driver and I went to pick up an order that was placed before their “closing time” and I arrived before they closed, their doors were already locked. There was an employee standing at a table right in front of the door and I showed them my phone screen through the door to see if maybe they still had the order but just weren’t opening the doors for more guests. And instead of giving me an answer, the employee just kept looking up at me and laughing. It wasn’t my food but the lack of decency prevented me from moving forward with my job. It wasn’t until another door dasher was walking by me on the street and he told me that they were closed and he had to cancel several orders.

Say what you will about Chipotle, but one thing there’s no arguing with is that this location is always out of something. It’s impressive really, the consistency with which they are out of even the basics like rice, all meats, or cheese. You can’t blame supply chain issues, no other location in the area has this issue. And, even if they have what you want, there’s a 40% chance their card reader doesn’t work. Similarly, their trash cans are always overflowing and the cutlery is never put out. There seems to be issues in all aspects of this locations operations.

Half the time I go here, they are out of chips. It has happened at least five times. Furthermore, if you order online, they will not even tell you; there will just be no chips in your bag. How hard is it to keep chips stocked?

I am honestly quite appalled by the unprofessional and hostile attitude the workers at this place have. I am from California visiting campus and never have I seen such vulgar hostility from anyone in the restaurant industry in my entire life. I understand they are not exactly getting paid a lot so it is hard to be enthusiastic about the job, but still… there should be a base level of human decency. I asked for a burrito and it was terribly made. The woman just threw the ingredients in there with no care at all. She wrapped it carelessly and just threw it in the bag. When I politely asked if she could re-wrap it, she yelled at me saying “do you wanna wrap it? That’s what I thought”. I was stunned by this answer and looked toward her co-worker hoping that there was someone I could talk to. Her co-worker backed her up saying “this is how we wrap it, if you don’t like it get outta here”. Wow, I mean just wow. I did not feel like escalating it since I am not from here so it is not necessarily my problem, but still I had a horrible meal and was completely offset by that customer service which quite frankly ruined my day.

This location has really gone downhill. I was in a rush and decided to roll the dice – what a mistake. Was 2nd in line and it still took 20 minutes. Out of many ingredients, no one bothering to prep replacements. Garbage, including food, all over the seating area, kitchen, and food prep area. Manager and employees couldn’t have cared less, some quite rude. Surprising the national chain lets this highly visible location be such a disaster.
