Terrible drive thru service! Worst Burger King I’ve been to. The attitudes of the employees make you feel less than and just want u to eat somewhere else! Would not recommend !! Even as u drive up it has a very unwelcoming look/feel to the place!

Who trained these people? The lady taking our order spent a good 4 minutes just to get 2 meals, nothing weird. I was thinking maybe it’s a new register and she just doesn’t know what to do, but the register seemed like it’s been stuck to that counter since 2001. Worst customer service ever, I had to go back up and ask for syrup because I got French toast sticks and she looked at me crazy like I was asking gold. These ladies need to be re trained, for sure. Worst Burger King I’ve ever been too! Period.

The only reason I even went here is because the Taco Bell near there is closed for remodeling. I would not recommend going here at all unless you want to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes. They have the inside locked. You have to wait in the drive thru. There were only 2 cars ahead of me in line and I waited almost 30 minutes. The only reason I even gave it 2 stars is because the food was decent. They also charged me for a large fry and only gave me a medium.

Stopped on the way was on a long trip. Four people in car only myself and one daughter ate a small hamburger that was burnt. Despite this we finished them. Husband and other daughter did not eat. Later in the night my daughter that had the burger and myself woke up in the middle of the night and spent the rest of it in the bathroom hugging the toilet. Both of us very sick. The burgers were burnt because they had already been cooked once and left to sit all day then when we ordered them they threw them back in the broiler. This is why we became so sick. Places need to be careful before deciding to be lazy and make people sick. Booo to you burger king. Two thumbs down. This needs to be made right but of course that won’t happen

I’m in a wheelchair and hypoglycemic. I just wanted to go through a drive through in order some food to stabilize my blood sugar. The woman in the checkout was kindly helping me and when I mentioned my dairy allergy, she Instructed me to Park and come inside. I explained that I was by Myself and that I couldn’t lift my wheelchair by myself. I was just hoping to get some drive through food. She said that’s okay, just look up the ingredients in the buns and honey mustard… I looked up the buns which should be dairy free. She said actually she could look up The ingredients in the honey mustard. she asked her supervisor what the ingredients were. The supervisor spoke to me directly and said that she didn’t know what the ingredients are and that I was holding up the line. I explained that I was only doing what the Server had instructed me to do. The supervisor told me I could come inside. I explained again that I am in a wheelchair and I cannot lift it by myself. She repeated that I was holding up the line and told me. I could park and look it up. I was trying to proceed with the order but she didn’t seem interested in allowing me to place an order at that time. She told me I could drive-through again after I had looked it up , which was confusing because I had already looked it up and clarified that I just wanted to order my sandwich… This is really frustrating and I can feel my blood sugar crashing. I don’t feel that this was the most professional way to handle this situation as someone who has spent the better part of a decade in hospitality. It is clear that even though the server was trying to be helpful, overall. There is a lack of coordination and an unwillingness to assist potential customers who just want to give you money for food. I kind of thought that was the whole point.

Had an ok meal here it wasn’t the best but I had a small error made with my burger so I had to turn around and get it corrected. The employee and I’m guessing a manager at the window where more annoyed than worrying about getting my sandwich correct so annoyed that it took them twice to make it and asked ” Oh God what’s wrong now?” When I checked at the window and noticed they made it wrong again. I will never stop here again they are rude the black lady that ring me up and the rude white lady I’m assuming is manager. Y’all food is barely good. Keep ya attitudes to ya selves. Outta Towner’s beware eat elsewhere. Oh yeah and my “fixed” burger shown in the pic was cold. And they didn’t offer any type of compensation and argued when I asked to keep one of the mistakes cause I didn’t want it to be remade using the same stuff I wanted a fresh burger which is a rule that MOST fast food places follow especially after failing twice.

The char grilled burger patties taste so good. But it was dry as you can see, hardly and condiments. The lettuce is minute, hit that spot and it was awesome. I had a side salad and it was satisfing but they are very limited in dressings to choose from. But for the price I can eat this more often. Fed 2 for $9.18. it’s the 2 for $5.00 special.

This Burger King never fails to serve cold food. I have decided not to go back, the restroom are always closed til further notice, the employees are in the parking lot talking and getting in vehicles while Drive thru is lined up around the building. 11/1/2022 yet another sorry review things just don’t work at this Burgar King. Someone Stole their rest room key. Right. I must be a real mess, the excuse was a big whopper!
