At Blue Coast, we try to bring as much of that experience as we possibly can. We can’t bring the sun and the surf, but we do our best to bring you the freshest, finest West Coast-style Mexican food available. Used to always like coming here a lot, but for us, it didn’t hit the spot. It’s always a bit off putting when the food on the line has hardened and still served. While the playful banter between the staff shows good culture, it makes it difficult to order when you’re asked a question of what you want to be cut off to rib other staff, to be asked the same question.

Food was good. Got mine to-go. Each employee was helpful during the building process when i explained that I was going to try to eat my burrito while driving. They stuffed it in there tight and drained as many juices as possible so that i could easily eat my burrito one handed while driving. End result: i was able to safely eat my burrito while making my long drive home.

Amazing staff. They were helpful and patient with us being first-time visitors. Walked us through the menu and made sure we had everything we needed to make our meal enjoyable. Even if the food wasn’t very tasty, we would patronize this establishment again just because of the people.

The employee that served me seemed like they didn’t want to be there and was standoffish. Kind of made me uncomfortable. The food was great though. I’ve had similar experiences in the past with staff at this location. So expect great food but not so great service.

Used to eat here alot, this is the worst spot of the chain. The food is sloppy looking amd lacking. Salsa has different flavor and its generally pretty dirty inside. I want to love this spot but it’s pretty much always a dissapoinent compared to the other blue coast locations.

Last night on 03/02/2023, I had ordered an Uber Eats order from this blue coast location. Unfortunately (due to no fault of the staff at BCB) my food was an hour and a half late from its pick up time. I was frustrated because I had no idea what I was going to do for dinner and was not going to eat food that had been sitting for nearly 2 hours. I called this location about 25 minutes before closing and explained what happened. The two ladies working at closing time graciously remade my food to order free of charge. They were so nice and it really turned my night around. Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Nashville West BCB location.

I just have to say that my experience yesterday was noteworthy. We eat here often and it is always good, but yesterday as we were working on funeral planning for my grandma I thought to pick up lunch and my dad suggested blue coast. I made the order online with a lot of separate things. We are just down the road so I was early but I knew it was a lot of things and willing to wait. I was asked by multiple people if I had been helped and assured they were working quickly. When my order was brought to me she said “I’m sorry I took a minute I wanted to make sure it was all correct”. It was right on time with the projected time to be ready. She also said “I saw the quesadilla had two names on it and I thought it might be for kids so I gave you a bigger container so they don’t fight”. She was absolutely correct and that was amazing. Everything was labeled with the names and it was easy to pull out and feed a large crowd with specific orders. It was truly a great experience on a heavy day. Very positive attitudes and service, excellent food. Thank you

Their food is amazing. However, their staff has recently been less than ideal. We were sitting at a table and at 8:02 the (I think manager) told us “don’t rich, but just letting you know we close at 8… but no rush”. I get it, they were ready to go, but 2 mins after closing is a bit intense. Today I walked in at 7:30 and the same guy swiftly walked up and said “hey, so we are closed”. There were 3 people currently being served and the staff was visibly frustrated by the influx of customers close to closing. We specifically rushed to the west side of town for Blue Coast. Will be the last time that happens… I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.
